Went in looking for a new driver and had a fantastic experience. While Big Oak has a vast collection of both new and used clubs, their service is what really sets them apart. One of the associates, Mike, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He pulled 5 clubs for me, some new and some used, and let me go out on the range with a free bucket of balls to find the perfect one. He offered up a few pointers, and even pulled a 6th club after seeing my swing style. There was no pressure to buy, and Mike didnt try to up-sell me on anything (even suggested that the 6th club would potentially do the job for $20 less than the one I was leaning toward). When all was said and done, I walked away with a new driver, some info about golf lessons, and a card for a free bucket of balls. All in all a fantastic experience! Will definitely go back!

I love Big Oak! The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, with their PGA teaching pro John Rose. Customer service is very personalized with an emphasis on selling you what you need, not what costs the most. They have a great selection of clubs and gear from beginner stuff all the way to PXG and the range is great. They have turf tees, a grass area, a practice bunker, and a nice putting green so its easy to spend a few hours here. Whether you need lessons, new gear, or just some practice, Big Oak has you covered!

Big Oak has great prices. From a bucket of balls(ranging from $6 to $12), to the clubs on the shelves(the sale rack has many clubs costing less than $80) this is where you want to be for golf. They are great for beginners offering great loaner clubs and irons free to use on the range. I often stop in on a break from work to work on my swing. I would recommend this to all golfers and beginners looking to start a new hobby.

Great business - Was looking for a new set of clubs and had a good experience here. One of the employees, Mike, was able to guide me toward a few sets of clubs that would probably work for me, and let me shoot a few buckets of balls to test them out. After selecting the right set we were able to customize them for me, and I will have them within the week. I will return!

I attended the "Demo days" event, and was treated exceptionally well by not only the Big oak staff but some the factory reps as well. Keep your money local, and support quality independent dealers like Big Oak.We are very lucky to have a local business of this caliber, they keep competitive with online pricing and the service far exceeds your expectations.

Small grass practice area only allows use of irons. This makes sense since youre hitting perpendicular to mats, so chances of slicing over into mat area is reduced. The mats were tough to hit from since the mats slope up, not level. Prices were pretty fair.

I bought a driver from Big Oak this past spring and recently broke it. I brought it in thinking I was going to have to buy a new one, but instead the pro said they could fix it free of charge. Amazing service!! Also great driving range. Thank you!

The people there accused me of chipping up the grass, and said it was because I was 14 and with 2 of my frineds. They even told us that it was because of the type of cloths we were wearing. Never coming back. The two workers were 2 guys.

Awesome driving range. Natural and turf. Wish they opened before 9. Many times I have had to go to a competitor driving range because they opened too late when trying to sneak a bucket in before a round.

Clean, well kept and a good value as a driving range. Pro shop runs a little more expensive than big box stores, but they provide attention and advice the big stores dont.

No pressure, time to decide and hit as many balls as it takes with as many clubs as needed. Great selection. I drive over an hour to buy all my stuff from them!

Great club selection and driving range!! Theyd be perfect (5 stars) if they also had a selection of used equipment for sale.

The practice mats fill up on nice weather evenings but the grass practice area is almost always open and sparsely used.
