Nice facility, but as far as fitness, you have to sign a contract. The shortest time you can join for is 3 months. Additionally, the only way you can pay a lump sum to do the fitness classes is to sign an annual contract and still it is 25 extra/month. Otherwise, you have to pay $10/class which is a lot on top of monthly fees...not worth it. It seems (from speaking with other members) like a lot of people are dissatisfied, but the management is unwilling to take any suggestions. It seems they make most of their money from senior citizens and the place is usually empty. Doesnt seem like a community center ...This is an archaic model, but probably the only way they can make money is to force people into a contract.

The PCC is perfect for my familys fitness needs. My boys and husband love the 2 full-sized basketball courts. We enjoy the independent indoor track, the equipment, and many of the classes. The facility is clean; we belonged to another local, much-more-expensive gym that was filthy! The PCC is a great value and a beautiful environment.
