Good Gracious Me; how much human excitement can you cram into a Pocket? Apparently, a great deal! It is said to seat 50 audience members, but I sure would like more than twice that to see the shows, which run in rotation. A nifty, spiffy spot, fair prices, paintings up for sale and a bar; evidently run by a single guy (Clayton Weller) who also does the lighting for the shows. I was having too much fun to notice details; Erin Nicole Boyts last week TRANSLATIONS was a treat and I look forward to more. Of course, it sort of helps me enjoy as I am her Aunt Libette. . .Thanks, everyone.

The pocket is a fantastic small theater. The energy and excitement exhibited by performers and audience alike turns every show into a party. This theater truly supports new artists, new theater, sketch comedy, and all things new. The bar area is large and friendly. The walls a display local artists works. Not to mention theres games available for all the play. If youre looking for somethings fun and new to do I cant push more for you to check out The Pocket.

Cute little hole in the wall with beautiful art and a stage for Seattles up and comers. This venue can and will host a variety of different shows by different companies in quick succession. I went to see Challenger with a couple of friends the other night and had a great time, one of the people working there shared his fries with us when we commented on how we might need to get food after the show.

Some of the best comedy Ive seen in this city has been at the Pocket! Though they also do so much more than comedy and have a really diverse show line up every month. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, and the space itself has a nice cozy feel to it! Like a pocket! I couldnt recommend a better comedy venue in Seattle! Warm, Friendly, Inviting, 5 Stars!

Super cool place! Offering a diverse and wide array of different shows and stories. The theater is small and intimate and the staff are extremely friendly. All shows are 10$ if you buy online before the show. Great deal for unique and avant garde theater!

Great place for performing artists to showcase their work. Performance space rental is free to artists. Rehearsal space has a reasonable fee. This place is a wonderful space to have in Greenwood. Perfect for small shows and sketch comedy or improv.

This place embodies what I love about Seattle. Pocket isnt just a great place to see and make theatre, its a community that you feel a part of the moment you walk in the door.
