Tuesday morning I bought a battery from NWV, I realized on Wednesday that I needed a new charger not the battery. (My charger was broke so the battery I bought never even turned on.) Friday morning I went to NWV to see if they would accept a return, fully aware there was a chance they would not. (I am in NO way upset that they wouldnt accept my return.) I was told by the employee to hold on while he went to get someone else. The owner, Shane Mabry came out and was very unprofessional and rude. He told me if I want cheap to go shop at Wal-Mart, amongst other things (I never once mentioned that anything was cheap, I asked for a return because I simply didn’t need the product). I left feeling insulted and all around upset because of the lack of respect displayed by the owner (Shane Mabry). I wrote this review again saying nothing about the refund or money because I dont need the money back. I was more upset about how I was treated. After the comment above from Newwayvapors I felt again extremely disrespected. My boyfriend then called the store and spoke with Shane the owner who told nonstop lies about me. Shane told my boyfriend over the phone that I bought it over a week ago, that I needed the return for gas money and that I didnt have a receipt when I tried returning it. Those are all lies. Im blown away by how Ive been treated by the owner Shane. I have never once lied about this business and Ive been told to manage my money better, shop at Wal-Mart, dont buy things I cant afford all by the OWNER of this store. Im still in complete shock at how I was treated and how deformation of my character was portrayed over FB. Ive also included a photo of my receipt showing that I did have a receipt and I haven’t even owned the battery a week. Im also shocked that I was told to come into the store to get my money back in exchange for removing my review. You’re a business owner and you want to have a good story to tell so that people can trust you and shop with you. This is not a good story. Im disappointed that I was treated so disrespectfully and that things couldnt have been handled better. I urge everyone considering shopping here to take your business somewhere else.

Im just going to buy my supplies online. Been going here for about 6 months for all my vape supplies and overall its been a good experience. However, the last 5 visits have gone from a 2 minute visit max to 20 minutes of me awkwardly standing there while the only person behind the counter fiddles with someones rig and socializes. I understand first come first serve but they could simply ask me what I need and, if its quick which it always is, help me get out the door. But instead, they ignore me. And to top it off, if I act like theres anything wrong with this, Im immediately met with condescension and disrespect and sometimes even called out loud enough for the entire shop to hear. Talk about humiliating when people likely dont understand the situation. Its childish and it honestly disgusts me to see employees treat a customer like this. Surely Im a little biased because its been happening to me but if I saw this happening at my job there would be a big problem. Most of the staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful, and arent afraid to smile.

For Port Orchard the food was good. Best burger Ive had so far. Amys, That One Place and Daves cafe were all fail burgers. The onion pile thing was good as were the battered fries, but greasy. The downside is that no one really paid us much attention beyond taking our order and the food took 45 mins to come out! So many people were hanging out around the cash register/bar, that the staff cant see what the seated, eating patrons need. We waited a long while before I got up and asked for to-go boxes. Then waited long and got up to pay at the register. No signs say self seating or anything. Also, the vape smoking is also overwhelming and gave me a headache. My 14 yo niece asked how it was legal with minors eating in there. Since we had 5 diff employees seat us, take drink order, food order, bring food to us and pay, and I had to keep getting up to get their service, I didnt tip. Tips are for good or outstanding service. Tips are NOT entitled.

Normally, Ive had good service here, but last night, not so much. I had to get a new mod and the girl working the counter acted as if I was wasting her time. She was constantly looking out the window and when I asked questions, she seemed to be very unknowledgeable. I finally decided on one and she rushed over to register and rang me up when I wasnt done. I was switching to a sub ohm style of mod, and not once did she mention that you should use a lower nic level. I ended up wasting $25 on juice I cant use because she could care less. I used 18mg with my 1.8 ohm, but using that with a sub ohm, you get nic sick, not to mention it feels like youre blowing up your lungs. I spent $100 bucks, and feel like my money wasnt worth a dime to them. Ill be taking my vape business elsewhere from now on.

Ive been coming to this place to eat for roughly a year now and have throughly enjoyed it every time. The staff is friendly & polite, the owner even interact with guest and is a big part of the establishment. Great food, great atmosphere, great beer. What more can you ask for? I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

New Way Lounge- Great food, friendly staff, UFC, live bands, bingo, pool tournaments, big screen tv on most of the walls, veteran and active duty recognition. Love this place oh and feel free to do it all while you vape!

Alright spot with good food. Not to much into vaping however my friends are so they frequent this spot far more then I. Service was lacking but everyone has a bad day. Enjoyed the food and drinks however $20 for a pitcher + 5 for each refill was kinda different to me personally but maybe its a normal thing, Im no bar fly

TALK TO MARVIN (medium build - short, red hair) every time hes recommended me something, its turned out to be absolutely stellar. Even if its a smaller sale than I originally requested, he knows whats best AND whats safest. The rest of the shop is also great, awesome atmosphere and plenty of good food / entertainment!!

Great Food. Great Selection of E JUICE AND you can vape in the restaurant! I had always heard of it but never went. Went and from the server to the manager, They were friendly and kind and appreciative. If only i lived closer I would come here at least twice a week. Wonder if they wanna borrow a DJ?....

Great service, great bar food. Warning the portion sizes are large lol Vape side of the house, the staff has always been friendly and helped me out with anything I needed. If youre a pool player. They have diamond tables and they take amazing care of them. Tournaments on Tuesday and Friday at 7
