Carla is pleasant, easy to work with. Although, I experience limited communication and had to repeatedly re-communcate details for the day of my event. I purchased a wedding package deal, but do recommend that you still hire your own wedding planner. After the event I was informed of several things that fell through on the day of my event as well as things there where suppose to be included in my package that were not. She also, had peoeple there on the day of my event dressed in street clothes versus being professionally dressed. The decor was very nice and the setup for my event were well. Again, highly recommend a "wedding planner", for a well executed ceremony and reception, this is not an expertise of the event room.
