If you have never had wine before this could be a good start. Quaint/charming location in Celina with ample seating and quick service. The wines are not Texas wines. They may be "bottled" here but they are all imported. We started with the Pinot Grigio, then the Chardonnay Blend, followed by the Montepulciano, and Tempranillo. All middle of the road wines that failed to deliver at the end. Decent beginnings and maybe the winery will continue to develop.

For my 40th birthday my mom and sister rented a large bus and took 20 or so of my friends on a wine tour. Carmela was our last stop and we had a blast! The people working were nice, the owner was funny, and the venue was perfect! Will go again, we are already planning another day of fun!

I was planning to take my wife there this weekend for her Birthday. I called to see if they were open and the guy I spoke to was rude as can be. At the end I said, "Sorry to have bothered you"...click. He hung up on me. RUDE!!! Plans have now changed.
