Id seen similar concepts on Japanese game shows a long time ago, and wished so much to participate in something like that myself. One day, on a whim, I did a Google search and discovered this place. Unfortunately Im a couple hours away. After months of coordinating with my job, my parents jobs, my sisters job, and some friends jobs, I was able to make it to my parents house, dump off the kids, and head to Nashville to play this game with my friend who I rarely get to see. This was a big treat for myself. Long story short, it was a blast. Some of the puzzles were "Yeah, duh." And some were really thinkers. It was so much fun, and I cant wait to head back to try another one. There was a small issue with our experience, but *we* were approached by a manager about it. The fact that they self-recognized and owned up to it completely blew us away. Not many businesses that Ive dealt with will do such a thing. This just made a near perfect experience better in my book. So now, not only will I tell people about the experience, Ill definitely include the wonderful customer service. I plan to return to Nashville within a couple months to play another game. The Escape Game is an example of how business should be done, and its a breath of fresh air. Pros: + unique experience + lots of fun + puzzles! + sense of accomplishment every time progress is made Cons: - price tag: this place (based on what little I know) probably has little costs aside from staffing, utility and property costs, etc. That said, this goes hand in hand with the "unique experience" above. You may consider it worth the cost for something you cant do anywhere else nearby - possibility of lasting less than an hour (though this comes with a huge sense of accomplishment) - possibility of random team members who have partially completed some of the puzzle in a different session (though they do their best to mitigate this issue) As you can see, every positive is a strong one, but every negative has a reason or explanation attached to it. This is definitely recommended!

Come here for an awesome experience! There are a lot of low budget escape rooms in the area, but this is not one of them. The rooms are beautiful and realistically arranged with great attention to detail. The puzzles range form easy to mind-bending and there really is something for everyone here. I have been to some low-budget escape rooms, and while they are not bad in the sense that they make due with the space and room that is available, The Escape Game here in Nashville is on a while different level. The value here is incredible when compared to cheaper Escape games. The rooms are custom built, and you can tell they really wanted you to get the best experience possible. I have now done 2 rooms at their downtown location and 1 room at the east Nashville location. My favorite so far has been the prison break game at the downtown location, which remains as the best experience at an escape game I have ever played. At the East Iris location, I played the "Mission: Mars" it is worth the few extra dollars. The Mars game has significantly more technology (touch screens/video displays/ etc.) than any of the other games I have played here or elsewhere, and it makes sense after seeing it that it would cost a little more. Today was the 7th escape room game that I have played. The experience was great and I would recommend it to anyone looking to have fun and test your logic and puzzle skills. Edit: I forgot to mention that the rooms were impeccably maintained, the entire facility was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I would definitely recommend this Escape Nashville. We had booked a late session after traveling 10hrs so we were tired but the staff was super friendly and did their best to get us going. Our group was divided so my younger two children went with another session and had the BEST time ever!!!! As for me and my oldest we were slightly exhausted, under the weather and probably relayed that in not having much enthusiasm. The staff on duty was so kind and offered us passes to revisit which we graciously declined. It was no fault of theirs or the Escape Room. But most definitely will make another visit soon I hope. This was during Spring Break so 1st half of April. Shout out to the staff working that evening!!! Great bunch of young adults!!!

We drove 2 hours to do the Mars Escape room with a group of 5. It was full of technology and it was AWESOME! We had so much fun that three of us ended up jumping right in to try breaking out of the prison themed room (their hardest room) right after and we were only one step away from escaping when time ran out! While a little more expensive than the other escape rooms I have visited, they are the most imerseve escape rooms I have seen yet and VERY challenging and fun. I would recommend getting together a group of 4 or more - as 3 was just too few people to really process all of what is in the scenarios. I am looking forward to going back sometime to try the rooms we have not done yet.

I have done the escape game twice now (2 different rooms of course) and have enjoyed myself both times. The staff have been very friendly and given clear directions. The rooms are a lot of fun and definitely challenging! I think this is a great experience to share with anyone from friends and family to a team building event. Its a very quick way to get to know someone on a different level seeing as you have to work together as a team. Would recommend and will definitely be back! I have even purchased gift cards as a gift for loved ones. They have great offers for future games as well both times Ive been. Highly recommend!

I was in Nashville for a bachelorette party and we did the Underground Playground escape room. It was really fun and perfect for a large group of people. The room was complex, but not impossible and everyone was able to participate. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it was a little expensive compared to escape rooms Ive gone too in the past. Overall an amazing experience though and I would definitely go back!

It was fun, they have different rooms with different scenarios/puzzle combinations to solve in order to escape. It was nice to know we were free to leave the room at any time and could use as many clues as we wanted although they affect your score. Free Popsicles at the end for everyone. Some of the puzzles were a little confusing where it was hard to see what exactly they wanted us to do, but overall we had a good time.

This was a one-of-a-kind experience. My friends and I had never done escape rooms or anything similar before, so we were very impressed. The quality of the rooms and the quality of the game itself more than justifies what some might think to be a high cost for a game. Next time Im in Nashville I will most certainly return, and possibly do multiple rooms in a day!
