LAMEST, RACIST, NIGHTCLUB IN PITTSBURGH! On July 11, 2015, 27 of us drove from Erie on a party bus to celebrate two of our friends birthdays. Our group consisted of young professionals from diverse backgrounds, white,black, and Puerto Rican. We all dressed in grey, white, and black extremely classy and prearranged $16/person VIP cover and order 3 bottles and service. We arrived to a poorly lit, empty nightclub with a HORRIBLE DJ. We were all moderately wealthy respectful, non-intoxicated patrons ready to celebrate. THEY MADE US WAIT 1 hour standing outside "checking ids" i.e. trying to make it look like there were people in the club. Then a smaller party bus full of all white males extremely intoxicated (one actually accosted me outside of the bar). They entered seamlessly and were served first along with a party of 5 Asians. When we finally got our bottles we all tried to be optimistic and make the most out of it, but the DJ was playing awful techno versions of the oldest music and we all ranged from 21-33. The bartenders and bouncers were very friendly, but you could tell that they felt bad that they worked for a place who discriminated and blatantly robbed their customers. Our party coordinator drove the day before to verify that everything would be up to our standards. I am very familiar with Pittsburgh nightlife and the elitist mentalities, but this place took the cake for worst bar on the strip. When speaking with the manager about a refund, he advised us to leave and had no rationale for the disrespect. WHATS 27 MULTIPLIED BY 100? The minimum of what we all intended on spending and their profit loss as no one wanted to be in their bar especially after we left. Static, lmbo great name, it symbolizes the managers social skills, business etiquette, and knowledge of his target audience. Im sure the owners will lose this location soon and Jon Tafford WOULD NEVER RESCUE THIS BAR!

Charging 30 dollars for the cover after waiting for 40 mins in line with only one person checking the Id and one other using metal detector. Charging the money by seeing the face. Not Good. It was crowded and it seems that lot of ladies and regulars are not charged.

Decent club, but their EDM in general isnt my ticket. Go for specific DJs you want to hear.
