Last night, after dinner, our group of 4 went to Top Golf during a peak time. We got our membership card for $5 each...a little disappointing that you have to pay for that. Then, I wondered why you have to give them a phone number, email and drivers license. I am uncomfortable with them having so much personal information! After an hour an a half wait, just as we were leaving the lounge to go home, we got our text that we could play. It was actually a lot of fun! Good golfers dont necessarily do better than not-so-good golfers on scoring points. You have to hit one of the targets to score points. It was fun to be outside with the warm heaters and play a fun and competitive game. Food and beverage service was always available. Next time we would plan to have dinner there, then play golf. That would cut down on the sitting and waiting time. It is a beautiful facility and a new and entertaining experience. We plan on going back today! Ladies, be sure and dress for golf with non-restrictive clothing and flat shoes. Although, I did come in second with my wedge heels!!

We went at probably the busiest time Friday, 8 pm St. Paddys night it was date night for myself along with our infant son. Even though the parking lot looked overfull they had a parking cart transporting people up. We only had to wait a total of 10 minutes to get our membership cards and assigned a wonderful spot with a couch on the ground level. Our server was Byram who was helpful, polite and gave superior service and as a trainer there he gave a few quick pointers to my husband who has never golfed and he enjoyed the night very much. Here is the kicker. I took my son to the bathroom to get changed, concern looming about if there was a changing table or not. Not only was the cleanest changing station ever there it had the disposable barriers!!!! You know that they care of they make sure the diaper station is stocked. We will be back and hope to see the same amazing standards and service. (Only suggestion is to have a garbage receptacle located near the changing station)

I have been to Top Golf a few times now each time visiting the driving range with excellent service. This time I attended purely for the purposes of having a drink at the bar and watching the Nfl draft. The service was the worst I have received at any bar in the Portland metro area. At first my boss and I sat at one of the tables after getting zero help or attention I had to go to the bar for service on my own. When it came time to order another round we once again had zero service. We decided maybe we would get better service at the bar and moved. To our surprise service was not any better even though bartenders passed in front of us numerous times we would have to wave then down for refills or food. Absolute horrible service. I spent $118 for food and drinks with lousy service.........last time I come to top golf for a casual drink.

First time coming here with the wife have some drinks and check it out at 10pm on. Great staff and aesthetics. Thrown off by the level children 5 to 10 range out that didn’t really concern me the problem was the group directly sitting behind us that decided to bring their baby to the outside drinking music area. How is this remotely a good idea for anyone in this situation? For us hearing this baby cry and to the parents having to deal with the child is this really the night u want out. Its not fair to the child either. Basically there should be some kind of policy related to age after a certain time. Until this is fixed I won’t be heading back even though it had the potential to be great inconsistent policies relating to children make taking the risk of showing up and dealing with minors not worth the risk.

Top golf has great potential. The golf experience was fun and easy to navigate. The live music on the upstairs patio was enjoyable. Unfortunately the service was awful. We ordered drinks and food at the upstairs lounge and it took 45 minutes to bring us food and we were never served our beverages until we asked for a manager. In addition when we finally got to golf (1 hour) we ordered drinks and were given a bill before the beverage arrived and only given half of our order which was also incorrect. When we told them we were missing items they were very courteous but took another 45 minutes before returning with the rest of our order. Fridays are a busy time but the lack of effort to correct their mistake and serve their customers in a timely fashion was unacceptable and disappointing.

I just called Jen this morning at Topgolf. Asked if they have a happy hour. She said "we do not have a happy hour" This is the same issue when new places come into town. Topgolf has happy hours in other cities. Just not here. Guess they think they are too good for a happy hour. I will not be going there. This is the same as when Hooters came to Beaverton, it was one of may favorites in Chattanooga TN where I was working and took my family as the food was great. When they came to Beaverton, they were too good to honor the frequent dinner cards. And are now out of business. I write honest reviews and urge you not to be fooled by employees who write reviews to boost the hype. Looks like a fun place and I was waiting for them to open, but I can wait until reality hits them.

How can one place be this much fun!!!??? We purchased the summer fun pass (great value) after trying this place out for the first time. This place offers three levels of tee off stations accompanied with comfortable seating. After settling in a cheerful employee always comes by to take our order. Drinks are an average price with a couple on the more expensive side. Mixed drinks are usually fun and tasty. I would like to try more of the food, but after having the steak nachos we kinda have to have them every time. If you purchase a pass this place seriously has great value with good food and drink. It only took one visit to become repeat customers. Highly recommend for an afternoon of fun.

Will not be returning nor recommending this place. The MANAGEMENT for this place is completely RUDE. They charged my card when I paid my tab in cash. When I called to speak to someone regarding this issue, the manager acted as if I was the one in the wrong. This was an error on their part so they should have been more than willing to do anything they could have done to make the situation right. Very poor customer service Skills. The manager this is in regards to is JoAnn and the bay hostess was Michelle. JoAnn with the service you provided, picking gum from under tables is what I would have guessed your position was, not anywhere near MANAGEMENT. My 1 Star is really a 0 Star!

A fun experience, just pricey. Honestly the place feels like its trying really hard for something as typically mundane as golf. The atmosphere is ultra modern and tons of staff milling around everywhere. Food menu is surprisingly decent, good beer selection, and friendly staff. Careful if you get next to some very bad players, as you might get a wild ball in your zone since there arent any barriers between the tee spots. Golf system itself is fairly decent, though we had issues with balls dispensing, being recognized, or the display system locking up completely. But overall 4/5 for being fun and unique compared to things like bowling
