Red Hook will not disappoint. We came for my birthday with a group of 15 people, and were well taken care of and totally comfortable. We called in advance but were told that reservations were not necessary, so long as we were okay to crowd around a table or stake out our own seating. We were able to all fit comfortably alongside a few other larger groups. We did tasting flights and then bought a few bottles to share. DEFINITELY try the 2014 Salt Crush and the RHW Rose if they are available. With a large group or just a few people, Red Hook is a great place to spend your day!

Stopped here on the whim yesterday with a friend from out of town. We had an amazing time! I love the rustic feel to the place. The wine is tasty! - I really liked the buttery taste of the chardonnay. Also, the staff are a bunch of great guys that are very passionate and full of wine knowledge as well as very generous with suggestions for local spots to try. Also, the location has a great view of the statue of liberty. I look forward to tasting their upcoming vintage! =)

This is a must visit if youre bike riding in red hook. Marquita gave us the most thorough hour wine tasting we have ever had. We got there around 11 and was one of their first Saturday clients. Theres a lot of rich history with the winery and hurricane Sandy, but the new place looks very vintage and open. Its a Beautiful hour experience and Im sure to visit again.

The newly reopened Red Hook winery is a perfect place to enjoy some wine with a great atmosphere and view. After hurricane Sandy, the winery has reopened and is super chic but unpretentious. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vintages. It is a great place to sit and enjoy a tasting or your favorite Eine from a tasting and soak in the great view.

We went to red hook just to try the wine tasting here, and we are glad we did! For only $12 you can taste 6 different wines. The white ones were amazing, try the Chris selection and you will finish buying a bottle or 2. They do not have food or outside seating but the rustic ambiance, standing using a barrel as a table, is good enough to keep us happy.

Staff is really friendly and helpful with the tasting. The tasting is a fun experience, and the space is cool. The only problem is that the wine is just not that great in my humble opinion. That said, its a quintessential Red Hook experience and your palette may be different from mine, so definitely check it out.

Nice and relaxing way to spend a few hours. Friendly staff and Marcello was the best! Recommend doing the tasting and having some Cremont cheese to munch on. If you ask nicely, they will do tastings off the list as well. Their tasting selections rotate (I believe monthly), so definitely worth repeat visits.

Red Hook winery is comprised exclusively of wines made from grapes grown in NY state, and its awesome! The staff is knowledgeable, the wines are interesting, and the space is lovely. Be sure to look around the tasting area for a peek at all of the wine making material-turned furniture.

The space here is amazing with the window looking out onto the water. the wine tasting was a great experience. The day we went, the place was packed and i dont think they were equipped to deal with the crowd. service was a bit slow.
