First time at the Crofoot, I went to see Cocorosie which was one of the best shows I have ever seen! A big thank you to the Crofoot for hosting them and I hope they will consider doing so in the future. Pros: The venue was very clean, the staff was friendly, the drinks were not outrageous for a live event. Cons: The standing room only was a little intense and I had trouble seeing the band. I wish that the balcony had been open so I could have seen more of the stage, I felt like I was standing on tip toe all night. Anyways would definitely go back to see a show here despite the 2.5 hour drive.

I love going to the crofoot for shows! Is the perfect place for them. And and bathrooms are never a hassle, you wait longer to wash you hands then you do to get a beer! I love how open it is, makes for fantastic acoustics! Over all, just a great place to be! One thing though, the spring area upstairs needs more seats, line the balcony rails with a counte/take like ledge ask the way down both sides, then a massive amount is bar stools(bolted to the floor if necessary). That way more people can sit when needed and they wont miss nothin but a minute or two walking up stairs . Just a thought

Worst venue I have ever been in. Tickets for concert said 6:30p but we figured theyd open the doors a little early since the huge line outside was nearing frost bite status. The doors ended up opening at 6:40 and the first band had already started playing!! The entry is far too small and the acoustics of the venue SUCKED (couldnt hear a word the singer said). Very bad venue and I recommend following your fav band to a different city to avoid this place if possible. Ive easily been to dozens of venues and this one has topped my list for worst.

Very fun place. I got there an hour earlier than the doors opened to see a concert. The doors didnt open for another hour after they said they were going to, so I stood outside for 2 hours in 39° weather. Very cold. But worth it. The wait may have been of the bands and not the venue itself. In between performances the crofoot was handing out free water bottles to nearly everyone who wanted them. It was very neat.

Nice venue. $3 PBRs were definitely a hit with our crowd. A word of caution, make sure you specify which stage youre there for. We went to see Running Yellows in the Pike room, which is upstairs. The guy who ripped our tickets didnt see that and directed us to the main ballroom, apparently this was a problem for a couple hours before someone finally put a sign up. Would definitely go back for another show.

I could rave about this place all day and night. Recently visited this venue for a concert. The staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of us crazy girls who camped out!!! They were so unbelievably nice. I did NOT expect this from a venue because we have never been treated this way. I would DEFINITELY recommend this venue. I hope my boys Hanson decide to do another show here so I can come back.

Small venue and poorly done audio that seems to be turned to 11 so you leave deaf. Staff that act as if you being there for a show is just the worse inconvenience you could grant them. Dont come early expecting to grab a drink before your show because they wont be arriving to their jobs to be ready for customers more than 15 minutes before showtime.

Decent venue. Drink prices are typical 8-10 bucks. The deal breaker for me was the sound system is not good. I have thousands and thousands of dollars on audio gear so Im all about quality. The system they use is not good. The live sets really just sound muffled and its hard to really hear the separation of the sounds. Bass also lacks.

The security is great. Its easy to get to and has its own parking ($10 usually). Bottled water is $3 and Im not sure about the other drink prices. The stage size is good and they offer wheelchair accessibility on the balcony. The sound is great and the lighting is okay. The bathrooms are clean and easily accessible.

The Crofoot is a great venue for concerts but can get crowded when the staff closes off the balcony, it has an outdoor smoking room in an enclosed courtyard so you dont half to actually leave the building. Though drinks cost alot. Even water is over priced $3! But over all Id recommend this venue to bands, and fans.

The Crofoot is a great place to see a concert. A decent size venue with a couple of other smaller ones that can fit almost any size concert. Parking right out front can be free if you get there early enough otherwise the owners of the parking lot want to rape you for parking.

New to the area so I came along just to check the place out. There was a small crowd waiting outside the doors and they recommended the place and so I went. Turned out to be a good time. The band was good and it was overall a good experience. Id recommend this place myself.

Rodriguez ! soulful. sad. beautiful evening with friends. delicious gin & tonic with a twist of lime to top off the evening. dont forget to stop at the brewery across the street for a burger and a (local) draft beer. No better way to spend and evening with friends!

Terrible venue! No seating and dont specify on tickets that its standing room only!! Paid $120+ to stand and not see a thing! I wouldnt have minded so much if they had specified on the tickets standing room only for the entire venue but it only said open seating!!

I like the main room the most. It sucks though because if you open a tab at one bar and move around you have to close it at that same bar despite the fact someone else was serving you and they get no tip for it. The small room is reallllyyy loud but intimate!!

Probably one of the best if not the best venues in Metro Detroit! Played there numerous times and attended shows there too. Great venue, well taken care of, people who work there are good people! Would recommend it to any band or fan.

Bar staff is a little on the rude side and dont know how to properly pour a beer (I get youre busy, but dont be a d**k), other than that its a fun place.

Experienced Sylvan Esso! Venue was incredible for a small intimate gathering, upper balcony was spectacular! Transportation and parking are evil.
