Much of it is Scottish links style, all of it is well maintained and challenging. People in club house friendly. Good prices. Only knock was there wasnt much of a club house but now they are building one so it will be best course and good facility in eastern Jackson-western Washtenaw. Right up in the top 10 with all of southeast Michigan courses. The more often you play it the easier it becomes but not too easy.

This course has it all---from the up tees it is managable for us older guys---from the tips it is a real monster. The greens and fairways are always in great shape and challenging lies are everywhere. If you havent been to Calderone, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They now have a bar, which is always a plus.

First 2 times i played here i absolutely loved it, recently played sep 2016 and it has really been let go. Tee boxes are long and dead spots all over and most of the greens were dead along the edges. Couldnt get any help in the pro shop as no one was there and took their sweet time getting downstairs to help us. Itll be a little while before i give it another chance

Price is good, but avoid hot summer days as this course has ABSOLUTELY NO SHADE! Links style course, so it has its some different and interesting challenges unlike most courses in the area. Would recommend golfing spring or fall to avoid heat.

Played with senior rates during week. Was very surprised sunday. No senior rate 39.00 to play. Took 5 hours and 10 minutes following a scramble. Not good. I had an out of town relative playing and he was not impressed

A beautifully designed track. Excellent conditions all year. You can play it long or short. Some holes are high risk/reward, some are tight, some greens are really challenging. And the price is low for what you get.

I was happly surprised by this course today... It was hazy wet and fit the Irish/ Scottish way , If not for the WNWO card I would have not played this course.. I will play this many more times now ...

The course is great! The veiws were spectacular! The manger on the other hand cussed out a 16 year old memeber of our group and blamed many previous damages to the course and other mishaps on us.

Probably my favorite course besides the Grande. The greens are amazing here. They roll true and the course is always in good shape.
