Very rude service! We came with a group from work. One of the guys ordered a beer. When they asked for id and he realized he didnt have his wallet, they wouldnt sell it to him. A few minutes later, a different guy bought two beers and gave one to the first guy. When they saw the first guy drinking a beer without id they threatened to kick the whole party out and made a big stink of it. All they had to do was request he give it back. There was no need to make such a big deal. I wasnt even aware of this story until later. I went to the bar to pick up a beer for myself. After asking for my id the lady left for a few minutes and returned only to tell me that she couldnt sell it to me. No explanation. When I returned to my co-workers to tell them this strange episode they explained me why. All in all, I think the service was rude and the action taken we excessive.

My friends and I have bowled here multiple times as it is the closest bowling alley to where we live. However, dont bother going during the summer. They dont have leagues during this time and therefore do not maintain the lanes, approach area, or seating area. The last time I was there the lanes were bone dry. The floor was so dirty you could not slide into a throw rendering bowling shoes useless (I couldve worn tennis shoes and gotten a similar score).

This place stinks!!!! Came here in a big group and we wanted 3 lanes next to each other reminder it was very slow with barly any bowlers there. They wouldnt give us 3 lanes with 11 ppl playing. Told us take 2 lanes or leave the guy with glasses and weird hair do. Poor customer service and Extremely rude and very dirty place we left and went to another place and had a great night. We will never return to this place again!!!!!

The staff where I work was there on Friday June 9th. We had a ball and most are non bowlers but all had fun. Brian was really helpful and accommodating to us. I bowl here on Friday nites in the fall and the staff is so friendly and helpful thats why I choose to come with my fellow workers. And now they want to know when are we going to do it again!! Thanks so much Hartfield Lanes and Brian!!

Held a party there yesterday. And the staff was awesome! Very nice, considerate, and prompt with our food. The two guys that took care of us were so nice. I love coming here even when Im not bowling Karyoke is always fun. Gotta love Ricky. Lol!!! I recommend this place to everyone... Thanks also to the managers very helpful!!!

Not the place for childrens parties. They dont provide celebratory desserts (cake, ice cream...etc) and they dont allow customers to bring them in. They turned away our group of 20 because we had a 24 pack of cupcakes. I am a neighbor of Hartfield Lanes but I will never patronize this establishment again.

Booked a party for my twin 7 year olds. Horrible experience. Next to zero service. Kids waited for everything. And we were the ones doing everything. Over 20 min waiting for bill. Took him 30 to get back and realize we left. Avoid!!

I love this place its kind of a dive but its reasonably priced, the drinks are and they also do karaoke on weekends. So if wanna just have drink its fine, wanna sing, play pool, or bowl it has all the options

Gr8 time there for my 39th Bday celebration on 7/15/2017 (my actual bday is 7/17) Gr8 and pleasant wait staff. Very clean and organized. The DJ, James, did a gr8 job as usual for karaoke. I enjoyed myself.

Convenient and nice bowling alley. The computers are equipment are a little dated and it needs a good cleaning. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Not terribly expensive, which is nice.

A bit pricey but still fun for the family. Lots of lanes but check ahead for open bowling. Bar has decent selection of beer on tap and good food for a bowling alley.
