I love this gym, the environment here is friendly and promotes growth. The gym is on the smaller side so you get to know everyone you who works out there and it feels like a big family! The staff is wonderful and Eric (the owner) is a miraculous trainer. Thank you Optimal Self for helping me grow in the right direction!!!
