Loved going to the theater here since back in the late 80s. Problem is, although the staff is great, the facility has been allowed to get run down. The seats in the theaters are horrible, dirty, and uncomfortable. We no longer go there because this theater is in such run down condition. We go to Presque Isle to his other theater that is in fantastic shape. Caribou theater is a great location with great staff and would get lots more business if it were to be upgraded and cleaned up.

Just aweful. My son went to a movie here with the Rec Dept and they decided to show Moana (without announcing it ahead of time), which came out several months ago. I cant believe they are charging kids $7 to see an old movie you can now buy for less than $5. It seems like a scam. I wont be having my child attend this place again. Its also quite run down and last time I went the bathroom and seating areas were quite dirty.

Super cheap $5 for first run movie! About the only thing to do in a town that rolls up the streets at night. Sure it is old but, come on, third day the Minions movie was open a five dollar seat in a theater with 8 people in it, where is this fortune coming from for new seating? Movies in the the big city cost $13 for a reason dont compare apples to oranges.

Great location. Right on main street. Has free parking. Fair priced snacks. $5 movies! Charming period place. One time I left my purse with rent in it on the floor by my seat. By the time I got home there was a message on my machine. Refused finders fee. When was the last time you found such honesty?

The Caribou Theatre has been a weekend activity for as long as I can remember. Cheap prices and hardly any waiting in line, the play times are great, not too early or late for the little ones.

Small hometown theater with friendly staff and the best popcorn around. Their prices are great and they now accept credit cards.

All I have to say is the place needs a total over haul.We need a nice theater up here and no more junky basment ones.

The movie was good but they kept the aisle lights on so you were blinded the entire movie.
