Took my two girls here as we were looking for a park and are from out of town. This is a big sports complex with soccer and baseball fields as well as a long running/biking path. We came looking for some swings and found a massive play yard/equipment setup next to the main building. We went during the week and there was no one there but us. I actually asked someone to confirm it was a public place, as there was so much play equipment with no one around. Needless to say, my kids loved it. It was a bit hard to keep my 2 year old from following my 4 yr old up the "big" climber. Its quite tall and could be dangerous for younger ones.

I had enjoyed playing tennis for over 10 years at the Oak Brook Park District. I went on automatic payment the beginning of 2014... In May of 2014 I informed them that I was no longer going to play tennis because Im 81 years old and felt it was time to quit. I did not notice until April of this year that i was still being billed. I called billing and was told there was nothing they could do and that I should have noticed it. Do to age and the fact my husband is quite ill I guess we just didnt notice. Were on a fixed income and are hoping they can help us in this situation. 708/505/4194

Great place for kids under 6 years old. I have an 18 month old toddler. Lots of things for her to do. Slides and squirty things. Inside and outside play. MOST parents were watching their children. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, when you walk into the zero-depth area of the outdoor pool, it is quite slippery. I saw at least 10 kids wipeout. It probably could use a little scrubbing while in service. I assume its probably sunscreen or something. But still quite slippery for the kids. The good news is, the baby did not want to go home. Great fun play.

I use the adult fitness section. If you are looking for a good work out with weight machines these are all new 12/2013. I even get a senior discount. I like to do my aerobics, weights, stretch then get done and go to work! They do have this really amazing stretch apparatus like none I have ever used! Also a nice indoor walking loop with a view of trees. I have not yet tried the free Pilates or step classes so I cant speak for those. Clean club, quiet atmosphere. Just what I am looking for.

Great park!!!The swimming pool, weight room, bathrooms - all areas are super clean. The staff including maintenance, in the afternoon/evening hours, are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Thank you Gloria for being so nice. I commend all afternoon/evening staff for their hard work and in making this park the best in the area!!! Will visit time and time again!!!

I was filling in for my mom and brought my niece here for her swim lesson. They required I pay $12 for myself and an addtional $24 for my two kids and other niece (all 3 years and under) just to sit there and wait for swim lessons to be over. They should be ashamed of themselves to rip people off like that. It was ridiculous. Ill never go back there.

I am a Chicago resident but travel all over Chicagoland to find great attractions. Oakbrook Aquatic Center has a large swim/wade pool for all ages regardless of swimming skills. They also have a large lap swim pool for those looking to work out. The giant slide and the swirl pool are the kids favorite.

Great place to take your kids for lessons. Their kids program is awesome with really good instructors. I also play there occasionally as a non-member but honestly the membership price is such a good price Ill likely join soon. Very nice facility and great courts.

I rented the aquatic center for a pool party here back in March and my experience was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. Adam was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout process! Everyone had a great time. Thanks!

Dont bother trying to swim in either the lap pool or the leisure pool on weeknights. It is only available if you are on the swim team or taking a swim lesson.

Nice big park, lots of separate areas, baseball fields, playgrounds, etc. Theres even a little pond on the northeast end thats very nice.

this place is a ****ing waste of ur money, u r never guranteed open gym, its a bunch of BS and the weight lifting area sucks

It is really great! They have a pool, gym, basketball and outside they have soccers field, for tennis and baseball too.

Private swimming lessons are pricy, they dont teach the techniques right - what a joke! Go elsewhere.
