This place deserves NEGATIVE 5 stars. For beginners, the alley was dirty. The bathrooms are ATROCIOUS and stink. The food was terrible. I purchased a Groupon for 6 to bowl, laser tag, arcade tokens. We expected to be informed when laser tag was available during our game, never happened. Since we hadnt done that and we were told the wait was long, we paid $24 for an additional bowling session. After 2 people of our party of 6 bowled, the lane malfunctioned. The "manager" went behind the lane to fix it and returned after a few minutes. He didnt make eye contact with us and rushed past our table. He said absolutely nothing to us. A few minutes later, he went behind the lane again. This time when he returned, we tried to speak to him and find out whats going on and he ignored us again. Eventually, I approached the counter to get an update and one of the employees asked the "manager" and he rudely said "I told them to move to another lane". I asked for a refund because I didnt want to deal and he offered an extra 30 mins at a different lane. When we moved to this lane, there was already a party bowling there. Prior to moving, it was obvious that the alley was booked with no available lanes. Instead of dealing with it, we asked for a refund. The manager was VERY rude explaining they dont do cash refunds and only a voucher would be given. He suggested that since we "threw a ball, we shouldnt expect a refund". When I reminded him that HIS raggedy lane broke, he said that we should have never paid for extra time if we didnt want it. I explained that I had NO intention of ever returning to this alley so a voucher is a waste. He argued and told me to leave and take nothing. I told him to give me a business card so I could complain to management. He gave me a card saying he wrote his name on it. I looked and it was scribbled so I asked for his name, he told me to "read the damn card". The rudest person ever. Even the employee apologized for his behavior. I plan to request a full refund from Groupon and complain everywhere I can about this horrible place.

BEWARE OF THE GROUPON OFFER! We purchased the Groupon for 1 game of laser tag, five games of bowling and five shoe rentals, which states per the fine print: Reservation required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. We called and made our reservation over the phone the girl was very stern in stating it is 5 games per person and that only 1 person gets into the laser tag for this price. This we accepted even though that is not what the fine print says. We were prepared to pay for the extra people to do laser tag. When we get there she tells us the same thing we pay for the extra people. We start our game. 1. They have a lot of balls but mostly 11 and up the lighter ones are scarce or small for little kid thumbs. 2. The place was unkept. The tables and balls were dirty. No one was coming around and putting the balls back in the main areas after people left. 3. The only person we initially seen working was the lady behind the front counter that unpleasantly checked us in kept making it a point to say she was pregnant so she wasnt able to do things like carry balls or put the bumpers up. She referred people for the heavy lifting to the bar/kitchen to ask for help. You just had to wait until you seen someone. Ok so 5 games was actually 1 game per person. It translates to the 5 people that was in my group playing 1 game together which is 10 frames per person is actually 5 games. Regardless of whether you are playing consecutively its technically 1 game per person. We enjoyed our 1 game of bowling and our 1 round of laser tag but their business practices are shady at best so I would never return.

Terrible customer service. Took my 3 children here to bowl. The young man at the front was very unwelcoming. He said oh I dont know if I have space for you to bowl because people have reservations. Most of the lanes were empty and how long is a game anyways like 20 minutes. After looking around for two minutes He said $40 for my 3 kids and myself to bowl. But they had a special for 5 people to bowl for $25. I said ok it is 4 of us so why not give us the deal. He said no. Im looking at him like ridiculous. I could tell he did not want to be there and he did not want to help us out. Terrible customer service. I have the money and my children will still be bowling but not here. Will never come here again. Disgusting. In business its not the money its the customer service. They lost some money tonight because I love buying the food at bowling places. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT ACT LIKE THIS IS A GREAT AREA AND TOP NOTCH BOWLING ALLEY.

PLEASE READ! I bought a Groupon for my sons birthday all together we had 5 kids, I purchased 5 shoes rentals with 10 bowling games and 2 games of laser tag . We get there and the snob at the desk says each child is 1 game so they got 2 games of bowling ! After that let down we go to play laser tag ( all 5 kids) they would only allow 2 of the kids to play ! And made the other 3 watch while they looked for other ppl to play with the 2 which were adults ? What kids want to play laser tag with adults why not just allow the kids to play after all we spent plenty of money here . It was dirty The lane kept braking I asked for a cup of ice was told NO! They dont give out ice Stay away from these Jews !!!!!!!

We had the groupon. The laser tag was fine. Bowling you either had to leave the guard up or down so we left them up so the kids wouldnt get to frustrated. Usually theres a button to put them up or down but they had to do them manually here. The arcade was really bad. There was only one machine that actually gave tickets out of the 3 or 4 that were there. There werent that many games and out of those 3 or 4 were turned off/not working. We didnt try the food so dont have any comments on that. The staff was nice but they seemed overwhelmed. It was Saturday and it seemed like there were only 3 people working so there was a wait for everything. Overall the place seemed rundown.

The only thing good about this place is the people in the bowling league. This house had no good lanes. They maybe get oiled once or twice a week. No pair can play the same and the bowling alley really needs to be ripped apart and rebuild. Sorry to say I loved being here at one point but its really a waste of a bowling house now and needs to have a new owner come in to redo the place. Sorry to be blunt but it is what it is. Some lanes have dents and some are so uneven I still cant believe the usbc allow this house to be sanction. Lets put it this way the pro shop closing because they cant get bowling in the house to bowl let alone get equipment.
