1st off the staff at the golf course was rude! Made me uncomfortable from the start.telling me we were late as I was getting out of my car when we were 6 minutes early and,not letting us,play out of 1 bag. the course was empty and they tried pairing my son and I with another 2 guys saying it policy if you go through golf now we have to pair you up with another two guys. After I complained..the let that slide letting us 2 go out. The grass was dead in spots , too high in other spots , greens were shot! After paying for 18 we were so disappointed with the condition of the course that we decided to stop after 9 holes..we were greeted by the rude golf cart man and I felt the right to say ..the way you guys acted in the beginning made me think this place was really fancy ..this course is terrible and Im very disappointed...in was told by the cart guy to P1$S OFF! Im only the cart guy making $8 an hour ..do you think I care!..I dont recommend this golf course to anyone! Your better off finding an empty field and playing there

Definitivame no recomiendo este lugar, mi familia y yo planeamos unas vacaciones,pero tuvimos un contratiempo y no podiamos viajar, quise cancelar y me terminaron cobrando el 50% de la estadia, mas 150.00 dolares del deposito...al final fueron 400.00 dolares lo k tuvimos que pagar, solo por hacer una resevacion. No lo recomiendo...pésimo servicio al cliente. Jamas volvere a reservar es este lugar.

Worst condo experience in Destin. Directions and instructions were worse than terible. Check in may not be possible until 6 and office closes at 5. Office moved with no instructions or directions to find the new location. No instructions, parking or amenity passes in the room as they were supposed to be. The hot water smelled worse than rotten eggs. Maintenence and customer service were hard to reach and generally unresponsive. Pools and balcony were closed with no prior notice no handicap parking at building (due to construction) and no additional handicap parking or accommodations provided. Beach access and beach services are limited. The place was large but beds not as described. Carpets were dirty. Check in was late and check out by 10 am or pat extra.

Make sure you ask about refunds when making a reservation. I paid $523.03 for a condo but just found out that I am not able to make the trip. I called to cancel, which was no problem, BUT I was informed that they would keep $100.00 of what I had paid. No one ever mentioned that to me when I made the reservation. I did not like having to pay for the condo up front - Hilton does not even make you pay for a room before you get there. Who do these people think they are? If the place was as popular as they try to make it sound they would not have to jack peoples money!!! Pissed to the max!!!!!

Resort is nice. Cabana Cafe at bottom of Ariel Dunes has just as good of food as other restaurants around Miramar Beach/Destin. The villas which we stayed in have screened in porches/balconies which is nice in Florida because of mosquitoes. However, the villas are old and Im sure some owners keep up with their condos but our certain unit was old and dingy looking. Seemed clean enough but on the last night we saw a baby roach on bathroom floor crawling around. Next morning another one came out of the bathroom sink.

Our reservation was changed 2 hours before check in even though we had reserved 2 months before. Our villa was filthy. Had to wash all the dishes due to dried food. Urine stain on our sheets. Had a trundle bed in the second bedroom instead of twins and one of the adults had to sleep on the thin mattress on a metal frame. Very uncomfortable. The seascape staff member we tried to resolve the problem with was very rude. Will never go back to seascape

Service is really really poor! The front desk lady gave us a wrong keypad number at first, and took a long time to fix it because she was not sure whether other rooms were cleaned or not. More important, when we booked the condo on web, seems like weve paid the total, but when checking in, they charged us another $125 cleaning fee which is not on web at all.

The condos here are clean and furnished with many rooms. The service is great and being near a pool is what made this resort so enjoyable. I love golf and not having to walk a long way to get to a golf coarse is awesome. I definitely recommend visiting and staying.

we had an issue with our cards working but eventually sorted it out. we had a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke and we couldnt change because they were booked. overall it was a good location, access to the beach, close to grocery store and liquor store.

Absolutely love this resort. It is well kept and very relaxing. Located right across the street from the beach, so its only about a 5-10 min walk to get there. Close to everything without being right on the hectic destin strip. Would recommend to anyone.

A seascape employee hit my car parked by the lake/beach lot.. Undeniably this ladies car who works at whale tails. No camera and a hit and run. Horrible place. Do not go here you might as well go to a family place where you and your belongings are safe.

The food was spectacular! I swear, it was the best Grouper Ive ever had!!! Early on we had an issue with our server, the Manager took care of it, and she was our server the rest of the evening! There was 15 at our table, and she was outstanding!!!

Really like this resort. You have condos, Multi-story buildings and single story townhomes. Several pools and tennis courts with a basketball court and basketball court. Quiet and happening at the same time. Great place to vacation.

We own in Ariel Dunes 2. Great view of the sunset although its about a quarter mile from the beach. Sunlight in the evenings and nice workout room. No hottub or accessible tennis courts though. Key entry on all the doors is nice.

Went in for a quick visit to meet with their event coordinator. Caroline is lovely. Wonderful personality and you can really tell she is great at what she does. Looking forward to possibly working with her on the future.

We had a great experience! We rolled into Seascape 17 deep. We rented 2 condos. One of the Boardwalk Villas & the other at Aerial Dunes. The villas are a must if you are physically limited carrying luggage & groceries.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and plenty of room. Only thing was check out was at 11 and the cleaning crew sat out side our room starting at 8:45 waiting so we felt the need to leave earlier than we wanted to.

Had a wonderful dinner at the Whales Tail with my wife and kids while on vacation. Very fresh gulf seafood, excellent view of the water, and great service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Destin area.

Good price for golf but greens were in need of repair and very slow. Fantastic GPS in the golf cart though. Good choice if you dont want to pay premium price and dont mind the course being a little beat up.
