BEWARE:THE STORY BELOW IS BASED ON TRUE EVENTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND CRITICALLY. We arrived at Works of Art Gallery and Custom picture framing at 1729 Coral Way, it was noon today August 18th 2011. We came to order a custom mirror for which we paid cash upfront. Marta, our seemingly nice sales rep attended us with great care. Before leaving the location we provided her with all of our contact information as we are accustomed to and proceeded with our work day. Around 12:30 p.m we received a call from Marta and at this point she was accusing us of stealing her Iphone. As if accusations were not enough she deceitfully stated that she had footage of such action and that she was tracking us with her iphone by gps, we proceeded back to the location to address the problem and get a refund for the mirror we had paid for minutes before, due to her false accusations we felt the need to withdraw our business from her. Marta had suggested when she called us that would inform the police about the alleged theft, we encouraged her to do so. Upon arrival, Marta was not at the establishment and we were asked to wait outside with the door locked behind us. We called the police ourselves in hopes to have an impartial mediator to facilitate our refund. The alleged footage did not show us stealing anything, because of course, we never stole anything. After much dispute , mistreatment from the Miami Police Department, not to mention disrespect and false accusations, we were reluctantly issued a refund. I would never step foot in this establishment again, her lack of respect and consideration was unsurpassable. Good luck to Marta and thank you for reminding us how NOT TO TREAT OUR CUSTOMERS.

I´ve been working with these guys since my arrival to Miami (beginning of 2016) and till now they never let me down. Even where they were with a ton of work over their shoulders they have time for me and my stuff. Quality of their work: I´m a fine art photographer so the quality of the printing and frame are essential. They treat my pictures with much more care than I do and I´m a detail freak. Customer service: Marta is the owner and also an artist so she knows artists concerns. Marjorie is such a sweet woman always treating me very nice. And Yasser, let me tell you that this pal rocks. December last year (2016) I had to send to Europe a bunch of prints. The deadlines where really tight because my client needed them within 7 days, Work of Art where closing for holidays and I had to travel. So Yasser, in the middle of the new year´s eve madness took care of my work. He also stayed 2 hours after closing, helping me signing each piece, authenticating them and preparing them to ship. If this isn´t prove enough of their excellent customer service, let me add that that day was his wife´s birthday and because of me and my deadline he was late for the party. Guys keep it up. You are top quality.

I have to say that Work of Art Gallery exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a place to do a restoration on an very old Jesus Heart picture I brought from my country and found Martha. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and most important of all she understood what I was looking for. She put so much attention to the details that the end product was beautiful, the restoration was very detailed, due to the deteriorated conditions of the paint extra work was needed, but she was able to bring back to live all the colors, missing pieces, bright and details of the original paint that were erased due to the wear and tear. It doesnt stop there, after everything was done Martha showed me a huge variety of frames and once again, she did it!!!! Amazing job!!!!! a "rococo" style frame that fitted the theme of the paint beautifully... Thank you so much for all your work, patience, and dedication.

I brought them a piece of art to reframe in the second week of November. I was told they were busy, so the estimate of November 29 on the invoice would not be accurate, and that it may be ready a week after that. I called on December 2nd to follow up, and I was told work had not started on it yet. Upset, I asked if they could expedite it and was told they would make it a priority. On December 23rd, I called again to follow up, and was told it had been ready for a week, and that someone called me and left a message, which is untrue. I was then told that they were closing until January 3rd, and unless I could make it in 5 minutes, I would have to wait until they returned. Lucky I live down the street. The job done was nice, but would not use again.

I have been a satisfied and faithful client at Work of Art Gallery since 2007. Upon my last visit I was so excited to see that Marta finally expanded and is settled into her new space. The shop is triple in size and the gallery, showroom looks amaziing. Being a designer specializing in bathroom and master suites I truly rely on the creative freedom that cusstom framing permits for all my Mirrors. Today I stopped in to pick up a peace that was restored for on of my clients and needless to say we were both amazed not to find the flaws that where restored in the art work.. Kudos to Work of Art Gallery and Framing and much continued success to you always.

Being new to Miami, we checked w friends and internet research to find someone to frame our many paintings brought home from travels. We found and ended up using Marta from Work of Art Gallery and we were very pleased with the service, pricing, quality of work and of course the usefull tips on frame choices, etc. Marta also suggested some cleaning and resotoration needed to one of the pieces (our favorite!) and it turned out fabulous! We recommend this place to everyone. You will be very pleased with the results!!!

With some trials we were able to get the project completed and it was perfect. Marta came down with the flu, but worked hard to make sure I had the finalized project in time. After some searching online, I found Work of Art Gallery. I decided to stop in since it was close to home. I had a Dolphins jersey I wanted framed for a birthday gift. Marta greeted me and gave me all the options I could do and even worked with me on a price. The finished product was more then I expected, I was blown away! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great work and price.
