Terrible. I bought tickets to my son 12 Grade Graduation they gave my tickets to someone else and i could not see my son final 12 grade graduation. A day i will never ever get to see ever.. :-( thank you South MiamiDade Cultural yes sarcasm. If i could rate no star i would very poor.

The building, the staff and the incredible performances. The box seats were comfortable. You need to advertise more since I know people living in the area had no idea what a jewel of the arts they had in their area. This will be my place to go from now on.
