Their wine has improved so. damn. much. I was very impressed how the quality has improved over the past few years. And I am not saying that it was bad before, but it is a testament with what their new winemaker has been able to accomplish. I was impressed! So you can just go there for the great wine, but the actual tasting room was quite nice, as well. I like the newish remodel that was done a couple of years back and how they incorporated a restaurant style eating area there. They only draw back is the room can be quite echo-y, meaning when you hear the cackle of a pack of cougars who got lost coming down from Helwig and decided to stop here, it can be quite piercing on the ear drums. Not Renwoods fault though. I recommend going outside if this happens, which is okay because the grounds are simply beautiful and the wine is fantastic!

Wow what snotty/rude customer service fr: the young man w/ tattoos only on his left arm. We made a last stop on the recommendation of our limo driver after having a great time at Helwig & Villa Toscano. We said there were 10 of us tasting (actually only 8), and he said we needed to make reservations for that many people. I get that, but it wasnt crowded, and though we were willing to pay for the more expensive tasting, he wouldnt allow that for a party over 8 w/o reservations. I suppose we couldve split up & acted like we didnt know the others in our party. He was rude the entire tasting, and the wines we tasted sucked. Will never go back or recommend...why, when there are so many in the area!

Have to give a special shout out to Renwood Wines on their remodel and new wine line up. The wines are outstanding. The 06 Grandpere Zin and 10 Bewicks Zin were exceptional. And to enjoy them in the beautifully remodeled space even better. Plus they are offering a amazing cheese pairing and winter wine and soup pairing on weekends. Added bonus we really loved the staff especially our very knowledgeable pourer Kalie. Great job Renwood.

Great Wine, Great Food, Great People!!! I have to say that out of all the wineries my husband and I have visited... This is by far our favorite!!! You can sit on their beautiful patio... Enjoy a delicious cheese tray or charcuterie (or both) and drink some truly AH-MAZING wine!!! You will LOVE this place!!!

Stopped in a few years ago with my husband, rude, rude, rude! We were the ONLY people in there to taste. The guy behind the counter completely ignored us. We waited and he turned his back on us. Unbelieveable!! I wouldnt go back there if it was the only wine in Plymouth. Good luck with that one.
