This hike was awesome - one of the best hikes we have ever done. We are only giving it 4 stars because in our opinion it was a little bit dangerous and tricky to climb at 2 sections in the upper part of the trail. Dont forget to wear proper footwear - as I highly recommend tracking footwear and NOT sneakers (especially on the way down - you need a good grip otherwise you will slip on the gravel) like most of the folks wear. (including ourselves). Views have been amazing from start to top - especially as we had a clear and gorgeous day. Our advice is to be there at sunrise as its getting hot and crowded.

This trail is fun. Close to the city and it offers some challenge to it. The views from this trail are stunning. Great way to enjoy the weekend.
