Horrible customer service . I called to find out when there would be neon bowling , I was told there was open bowling . I said I understand that , I would like to know when there is neon bowling . I was told that there was open Bowling from three until eleven. I asked to speak to someone else because the person I was speaking to wouldnt answer my question and only said lanes couldnt be reserved and there was open bowling . I said ok, put someone else on the phone that can be helpful . I was told the person I was speaking with was the owner and then he hung up on me . Horrible customer service!

Let me start by saying the new owner Elray is so nice. This bowling alley is clean, it smells good, staff is friendly, and its not expensive. Overall very happy my family came here. Well definitely be back.

Worse customer service ever! I brought my 3 year old son and they wouldnt let him use the bowling ramp. It also smells like bad odor. Go to Nob Hill Bowling instead.

Went there for the late night bowling with the family. fun atmosphere, nice cold beer and staff was fun and welcoming.
