We checked in and and the woman said her name was Shari. She was happy to get our money. We made sure to ask if we could get internet because i have a business to run and were told they provided WI-fi and it was accessible from anywhere in the rv park. The next day we went to the office and told them we couldnt connect to the internet. Shari then told us the owner Rudy said he wasnt getting a new booster. We wanted our money refunded so we could go somewhere else that did provide this service and was told our money was non-refundable. Other residents here told us it was stolen over 6 months ago, which means she lied to us which isnt very professional. It also isnt professional you have employees giving good reviews just to get people to stop here. Run people keep driving DON"T STOP. The truth is you cant get internet anywhere because From what Shari told my husband the owner Rudy doesnt want to fix it. Shows how good the customer service is. After your money is taken the front offices attitude changes. I saw Three different women there and the owner would do well to get rid of them and hire new friendly faces. I hope this review helps others to stay out of the trap i fell into.

Ok i called this place and got a lot went and filled the papers out done everything so he collected money gave me lot number so got all settled and then the next day was sent a letter for meto go to offic right now so i did when i got there the manger was rude hateful told me to hook up my trailwr right now and get off her property or she would call the police on me she said my criminal history did not pass if it did not ehy did they collect the money and i sign a lease they said everything was good so i no i dont have anything to harm me from renting anything she woyld not tell me anything but leave and leave now or face criminal charges so i did it cost me another 350 dollards to call someone out on a sunday to move my trailer i belive the owner of this ace and cowboy acreas are all gogether. Cause one tenant at cowboy acreas jc frantz told me he was goi g to rune me in that town and he did so i called the next day to talj to owner about helping me with the extra expence and she was rude and cussed at meand then hung up so stay there if you want

The other people that live here are very nice and helpful. However I was greeted by an overweight angry woman who chastised me for inching through the parking lot very slowly. Apparently they want you to ride the brakes through the place. By no means was I endangering anyone there. What I thought was interesting was that the owners them selves like to speed out of their with no care about their speed. If you want to stay somewhere owned by some disgruntled angry pathetic people you should stay right here. If you are an RVer looking to stay for a week or so I would go somewhere else. They do not seem to like outsiders one bit. Be prepared to be talked down to unless you drive 3MPH. Apparently their hypocritical rules only apply to everyone else. I have never met people so pathetic in life that like to act so high and mighty. The only throne these people deserve to sit on is in there disgusting bathrooms.

I stayed here for a little over a month from Sept 28 to Oct 30. The management was very nice before they got our money. That all changed after they did. Their policies are all one-sided they let their dogs run leash free while all others MUST be on a leash at ALL times. The speed limit is NOT applicable to them however all other are chastised for 7mph. They also seam to pry on the elderly, our neighbor who was 85 was verbally attacked to the point he was telling me he was going to get in a fist fight to just prove a point with the weekend manager over respecting older people, wow someone needs some people skills. All in all its the worst RV park Ive ever been in, if your passing through keep on moving. Downtown Dallas has a great place half mile from all the fun look it up. Until the owner removes this bunch of power mongers it will never change. Spend your money somewhere else and maybe it will.

This place is great. The manager and the assistant manager have been very helpful and friendly with all of my concerns. My first day I arrived at night. The assistant manager helped me guide and park my trailer to the right spot. (My first RV and RV park although I have been to many campsites in tents). When a better spot came open there were no issues about moving to the better location. The residents here are like any other community. Many families and singles of all ages. Everyone I have met have been very friendly. The place is well kept and the maintenance crew is out and about everyday doing something. I was blessed to find this place. You may find a newer place but not a better all around place.

Moved in March 2013. No problems. Yes internet is weak to none but to be honest to much time is spent on the internet anyway. If I really need internet I will go to the office and sit on the porch and connect. Havent had issue with speed. People need to drive slow anyway. I would rather error on driving to slow rather than not. Whats the hurry anyway life is so short already. No issues as of yet staff friendly before and after paying. Glad to find a cheap affordable place to stay. I do not wish to offend anyone and hope future experiences are better.

Worst place ever! Besides the meth heads living right in front of the office living in a tent. The manager Sheri is a horrible,hateful woman and the maintenance guy is a lazy drunk.the sewer lines always get clogged up. The bathrooms need fixing and the property is Not maintained.most the people are nice there just trying to make it.i would not recommend this place to anyone!

Although were only there overnight I will say the manager Paul offered Excellent customer service...we came in late from AZ not considering the time change and he stayed up wait for us..we arrived at 1am!! Thank you Paul well be back!!

My dad and I stay here during the week for work. Place seems quite no load music or partys goin on. The people I have met so far have been nice. Dad hasnt said anything about the management so I guess they are ok.

I love my job. As the assistant manager, we have some of the sweetest nicest residence overnighters weekly I really enjoyed my job assisting all who visit hi ho RV hope to see you all again have a blessed day

Bathrooms are hideous! Old and dirty! Actually looks like a fire hazard and/or safety incident waiting to happen with the old wires and heater! Loud at night and no amenities for what they charge.
