This is probably been the worst bowling alley I have ever been too. You can tell they dont care about lane up keep when they dont oil the lanes in over 3 days. The employees are rude and not very helpful. The music is so loud you have to yell to your family and when asked to turn it down they said they didnt know how when clearly they knew how too. Its also overpriced for what you get. Dont waste your time here by its clean looks or big arcade(which by looking is also very pricey). Just dont waste your time and money thats it.

Lazy employees with lack of motivation. Our last experience, they shut the bowling alley down a whole hour early in the middle of everyones games just to close. Very few people got refunds, and we felt generally ripped off, especially because it was our prom night. We had even reserved our spots, but we arrived to find our lanes taken. Would not come back, there are plenty of better ways to spend time, such as watching paint dry. At least thats free.

I took my family here for lunch and a goodtime at the arcade . The arcade is really fun even for an adult, but the food i would suggest not all that good , we ordered a calzone that was horrible and even had a hair inside the cheese , also it took our server 15 minutes to bring us drinks and another 45 to bring our food you could only imagine the food was horrible all except for we was extremely hungry we wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

My friends and I were hanging out at the arcade and I lost my card in a machine. The employees said that they could not help to open it and get it out of the machine. They said I was being irate and the manager said I was going to be removed from the premises and banned because I was trying to get my money back. They wouldnt help. Poor policies and a waste of my time.

Im very impressed! in my opinion this is an upscale bowling alley! very family orientate, there is a lot of games for the kids to keep busy with! and the food!!!!! is GOOD!!! not just pizza, hamburger and hot dogs, they have a large menu to choose from! I love that they have a variety of bowling options and their prices to bowl is ***FANTASTIC***

Went on a rainy day and was ruined by employees. Bartender was playing trivia game, doing shots behind the bar with the $7/hr manager. (Who said our kids were cheating) NOT! Seemed like any time we tried to get a beer, the bartender was in "party mode" only making conversation with his boyfriend sitting at the end of the bar.... so disappointed!!

Probably the best house balls and shoes I have seen at any bowling alley I have been to. However, as an avid bowler, I feel as though the lane was significantly dry and I spent most of my three games trying to adjust. Maybe it was just the time of day I was there, but I would like to see lane quality improved. Still a fun experience.

This place sucked.... My family and I went to have a fun night and we got robbed by this place!!!it was an unlimited card night for 2 hours in the arcade and guess what apparently there was NO tickets on them. And we were very disappointed because we worked real hard to get prizes. Disappointed and still are.

Good social place to take family, friends or a date. They have really good bowling lanes, the arcade area is nice they have a good variety of games. Also the bar area, the service provided there was great, I had an older man and I will tell you what, he really knows how to make good mix drinks.

Very clean and new but service was not good. We came on a Monday afternoon and it was not busy. They had one lady (unfriendly) working the counter for bowling and game area. We waited at the counter to pay for a second game for five minutes and then decided not to play anymore.

Terrible customer service. Apparently when there bowling alley computers freeze up and wont let you play you cant get a refund because you allready started your game. I was in the 2nd frame. Also way to pricey

Pretty nice bowling alley, I wish the leagues didnt take up the entire alley when they come in, because it ruins the fun for everyone else. But the arcade is nice and the lanes are well maintained
