RENOVATION MESS! UNFRIENDLY STAFF! Booked to stay one night, Tuesday. Upon arrival, doorman and staff didnt greet. Due to renovation, check in counter was as if curbside check in. Fortunate for them, it was a slow evening. The check-in process was horrible! I booked through a third party, under my husbands travel partner, the room was prepaid, with my card, due to a hotel "policy" they are not able to check me in because my husband did not accompany me. I stayed three nights at a Hilton in Nashville a week prior, again, through a third party, my husband DID NOT accompany me, and I didnt have this check in issue or hotel policy thrown at my face. I told them, I would not be able to get a hold of my husband he was in a meeting at time of my checking in. I also stated that Im a Hilton Honor and would be happy to cancel the other reservation and re-booked, but because "hotel policy" the room booked was non-refundable. I was SOL. They had me wait and wouldnt check me in until they heard from my husband. He eventually called back and the manager, Carrie got on the phone and didnt ask for his name or verified who he was, she went straight to stating the hotel policy that they couldnt check me in without his authorization!!! He could have been my boss! The white sheets were rough and dingy. The toilet didnt flush due to a water line being worked on during the renovation. If I needed to use the restroom, I had to walk to a nearby shopping district to use the public restroom! Horrible! The manager Carrie and her staff need to do better! I will NOT stay at this particular establishment. POORLY managed!

Second time in a month I have stayed. First time upon checking into room, garbage left on floor, food crums, globs of other peoples hair in bathroom shower and floor, and smeared nasal contents on the sink . I want given another room and free desert and wine they then charged me for. I had to call and request the charges be taken off. The second room I was moved to had hair still in the shower but did not find that out until the morning as I was in shower. Before booking this hotel agin I spoke to Kathy and was promised she would track my upcoming visit and ensure room was clean. Second time upon checking was assured room would be clean. Hair on floor in bathroom and in shower, and finger prints all over silver light fixtures. House keeping is a total disgrace! Will not spend another night here again! I have video of room cleanliness both times. I am sure I am being more critical the second time. But other peoples hair is beyond disgusting. I have been moved again to accommodate my request for cleanliness.

We stayed at The Hilton Easton the weekend of November 20-22. From the very first moment, everything was wonderful. I was greeted at the door by Richard, who promptly took my bags from me. Check in was extremely fast and friendly. The room was beautiful, and the extras I had requested online were waiting as promised. The bottles of Coke were even in ice. The view was amazing. We had a few more encounters with Richard-all of them great. He was extremely helpful and friendly each time. This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, and there is so much to do within walking distance. The bed was extra comfy, the towels were great, and the bath was nice and hot. The toilet was flushing a little slowly, so I called guest service, and someone was there to fix it in 5 minutes. This was a great stay, and we hated to leave on Sunday. I highly reccomend this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again. Not a single complaint!

I stayed 3 nights for a conference. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I loved the simplicity of two free waters in the refrigerator every day. The food was wonderful! During our conference, we had several "break out" assignments and the multi-living room setup in the lobby foyer area was perfect. We were able to break in to multiple groups, do our work, then return to our conference room with our results. The Friday night surf and turf and sushi was fantastic and I was sure to enjoy far more than my $39.00 worth. The personnel were always attentive, acknowledging everyone as they passed by. Overall, a fantastic location (many local walk-to attractions/restaurants/shopping). Id go here again ANY time.

This place SUCKS!! I am staying here because I am here for job training, and let me tell you...I have stayed in WAY better places that are cheaper. The rooms are OK I guess. I got a standard king room, the bed is comfortable, but thats is about the only good thing I can say. YOU DON"T EVEN GET FREE WIFI!!! You have to pay $10 a day for it even though it says it free if you are here on business, which I am, but they are making me pay for it, and on tiop of that it sucks, its kinda slow and limited. The pool area is also very nice, but if you are going to spend the money on getting a nice hotel in Easton Columbus stay at the Merriot . I give that hotel 5 stars!!!

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are even nicer. The location is great with lots of shops within walking distance in case you forgot to pack something like I did. Really I wanted to give a 4.5 stars because my minor complaints are that the hotel uses feather pillows which I personally do not find comfortable in the least despite having four at my disposal. Also there is a coffee maker in the rooms, its just hidden in the dresser. I did not realize this until I was leaving. Small complaints aside, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

We went for the Friday seafood and hot buffet at The Dining Room inside the Hilton at Easton. The all you can it sushi spread makes the buffet worth it, in and of itself, but they also have plenty of other options; ranging from raw oysters and crab legs to prime rib. We just learned that they are planning renovations at the end of July through November. So if you want to experience this awesome buffet (only offered during Friday dinner times), I would highly recommend making a reservation for sometime this month.

The hotel is nice but far overpriced in my opinion. The bedrooms and bathroom or typical Hilton quality, which is above average. Parking is difficult - there is parking around the hotel but few by the front, meaning it will be a hike from the car to the front desk. The front desk staff was rather unfriendly. When I asked them about unknown charges on my receipt from the hotel bar, they did not help in trying to resolve the charges and did not offer any consolations. I do not recommend this hotel.

Definitely the epitome of what you think of when you hear the brand "Hilton." Posh, spacious rooms. Large indoor pool and whirlpool tub. Lobby area becomes a bar area. Elevators are at either end with rooms down the hall in the middle. Very easy to walk to the upscale mall across the street which sometimes makes parking a bit difficult. No tubs in queen suite rooms even though it offered that as an option. Expensive bar and restaurant.
