Im currently staying in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I wish I would of looked around at more apartments before I moved here. Unless you have a steady paycheck, Id definitely reconsider living here. They make this place seem so new and awesome, and you reason that paying 405.00 dollars a month is affordable because of all the amenities. Im having an extremely hard time finding the money to pay the rent. Get your lawyer to review the lease before you sign it. A lot of the fitness equipment is really old and messed up. On move in day, they told me that my parents check bounced and said I couldnt move in and all they would take was cash. My family just moved into a new house the same weekend. they werent understanding at all and they said they "contacted my by phone and email" but I never recieved anything. Im trying to get out of my lease now but the only I can do that is if I find someone else to take up my lease. It sucks.

This place lies to you. No signing fee but you have to pay 374 before you move in as "last months rent". This is not the case at all. Its for the 2 weeks in august you stay there. Which 300 is more than a 4 WEEK stay. This place sucks. Screw you over with everything. Parking is retarded. Most weekends you have to park far from your apartment because anyone can park there. Maintence comes at god aweful times of the day, without warning.

The Point Community Center is everything it claims to be, a place where people can connect, find help, or just have a good time without pressure or obligation. There is some cost for some of their services, but even then it is very affordable. Its too bad more people havent heard of this place yet!

An excellent place to work out. They have several treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. If you like basketball or volleyball, they have two basketball courts. They also have a coffee shop. Its the perfect place for a fitness/hangout time with friends or on your own.
