Im not even sure where to begin, or if this is even the correct place to leave a review of our wedding experience. But, here goes... I married the woman of my dreams 3 days ago. It was the best decision Ive ever made. The second best decision Ive ever made was getting married at the Brookside Club. Frank is professional, organized, and will soothe your wedding concerns with his comprehensive (if not all-encompassing) knowledge of every detail of the wedding planning process. He is wonderful, friendly, and prompt with responses to questions (even my silly ones). Now, onto Andy. Hes the first person we met at the Brookside Club. He is nonjudgmental, and showed us the venue in a really non-pushy way. We put down a deposit on our first visit (and, although Im not typically impulsive, it we the ONLY venue we ended up even looking at). And it was a perfect decision. Andy was consistently warm, funny, jovial, and unrelentingly positive. His demeanor is the equivalent of a nice breeze on a Sunday afternoon (that is to say, hes always calm, even when youre not). He made the night amazing, perfect, and the best night of my/our entire life. Thank you to Andy, Frank, and everyone else at the Brookside Club. The night was so spectacular, and far exceeded our wildest expectations. P.S. Trey (sp?) the bartender is freakin awesome.

Everything about this experience from start to finish was excellent. The people in the Pro-Shop had great personalities. The starter was helpful and even the ranger on the course would give you a few tips. The course is in excellent condition and it is Challenging. If you play the Whites it makes for a shorter course but with the well placed Bunkers, Hills, Water Hazzards and others it makes for some smart play. If you play from the Back Tees it makes it for a longer course but honestly I wouldnt say more challenging just depending on how you hit it. Not everyone in my group liked it as there are many blind shots and sidehill lies. Also the greens are challenging as there are many breaks and they are quick. If you want a boring flat course then this isnt for you. But if you like to play all sorts of different shots then you will love this course. After the round we had lunch which was excellent.

The food is fantastic. The chef is an artist with fish dishes. Some of the best I have had in a long time. Staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Upstairs banquet room with connected large outside deck. Andy the Manager does a fantastic job at every event. Price is great plenty of parking.

After funeral luncheon was very tasty, we got cod and chicken parm. They were very accommodating since we only made the plans 2 days before. The only negative I heard was that the cash bar was on the expensive side... $10 for glass of sauvignon blanc and $8 for merlot.

Liked the course. It has narrow fairways and some of the holes are completely blind. Rolling fairways and greens make for a challenging game. There are a couple of par 5s - mostly par 4s and 3 or 4 par 3s. Easy to navigate. Well marked. I would recommend it.

Got married here, the service was perfect. Its a very elegant golf club. Theyre very flexible to adapt to your event needs. Sharon, the event manager, was very attentive and nice. She was always available to answer questions and concerns.
