Horrible food at wedding! I used this place for my wedding. I would not recommend them. The country club was beautiful which is why it gets two and not one star. On more than one occasion our scheduled meetings about our wedding were completely forgotten and we had to reschedule. On the day of our wedding they got 3 out of the 4 food items wrong. It was embarrassing and offensive and made apparent because I had prepared menus which dictated to all our guests that the food served should have been better. It took around 2 months to negotiate an acceptable refund. Bottom line, we paid a lot of money for the food and it was not what we had agreed upon during our tastings. The servers were also rude to some of our guests and took food off the table before people were finished eating. The also botched the wine and served sparkling cider to some guests for our champagne toasts accidently. Thinking of having your wedding here? Think again...

We hosted our sons rehearsal dinner at the country club and it was fabulous. The staff was so helpful in the planning and the day of the event they could not have been more attentive and helpful. This event for approximately 70 people went off without a hitch. The food was plentiful and wonderfullyrics presented. The compliments on the taste were outstanding. I was nervous because there were many out of town guests from Chicago that I know are used to "fine dining ". Several commented that it was some of the best food they had ever had. If 10 stars were an option I would give them 10! No reservations in recommending the country club. Margie Eberle-Polley

I had my wedding here, there are countless reasons why I hated it so I wont go into vivid detail but our coordinator was not helpful. My best man had to announce to everyone to go eat because she left the room, we had a burger buffet and our burgers were extremely undercooked. They overbooked our rehearsal for our wedding so we had to have it in a different room that was not even close to what our room looked like. When we called to tell them about our experience they just argued with us and made us feel like we were in the wrong for calling. Very unprofessional. DO NOT HAVE AN EVENT HERE!!

Wonderful Experience! From start to finish the staff was very accommodating and understanding of special requests. We received multiple compliments on the food and couldnt have had a more enjoyable reception. I highly recommend having your wedding here.

This is a very nice country club. And the best golf course within 50 miles of Bloomington. Good people whom are always courteous fill this place with smiles for both members and non-members.

Reasonably priced country club. A beautiful, challenging golf course. Great food. A nice swimming pool. Plenty of activities throughout the year. Close to town.
