Not sure why the Google reviews for this business are so low, this place is a great deal of fun! My family and I just stopped by here today to participate in the Pharaohs Curse. Our host was an energetic guy who set the room up with speed and even got us inside early. He gave excellent hints to help us when we got stuck. Some of the puzzles are particularly difficult. Youll want someone experienced in classic puzzles on your team. Also, some team members who can think outside the box, and maybe someone who is good at exploring things hands on. The solutions for a lot of the puzzles were much different than we had thought originally. The beginning laminate puzzle was my only real critique. Very difficult if you dont have someone who has solved a similar puzzle. I would consider replacing it with something more general. The puzzles were extremely gratifying when solved. Hidden secrets and hiding spots will open up with the right push of a button or combination. Has a lot of WOW factor when you do things just right. If youre getting into escape rooms and want to give it a go, I recommend this place. The Pharaohs Curse was great fun, and I would love to see the Soldier Boy puzzles too. Also, if you do the Pharoahs Curse, I highly recommend you volunteer to get chained to the wall! See how long it takes your team to get you out of there. Thanks for treating my family to a great time~

It’s always a good sign when the lobby of an Escape Room is nice—plain over here, but nice. We attempted the ARMY-THEMED ROOM. Although the ROOM’S APPEARANCE WAS RELATIVELY SIMPLE (in comparison to very immersive, elaborate ones I’ve done in Orlando) there were SOME NICELY CREATIVE CLUES. The background soundtrack involving gunfire and exploding mortars added to the anxiety but was a nice touch. The only part I’d change would be the hints and communication delivered via WALKIE-TALKIE WHICH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I’m also worried this Escape Room MAY NOT DO WELL in the future DUE TO ITS LOCATION.

Our family of 7 had an appointment for the Soldier Boy Room. Jay greeted us and was exceptionally friendly during the check in experience. He was very thorough and energetic in explaining the dos and donts once we directed to the room. The room was set up nicely but I will refrain from details due to the nature of the game. Communication with Jay was simple and we managed to escape with several minutes to spare. Considering we had ages from 14-50, our whole family contributed in solving the escape. Great family fun.

I made reservations 3 weeks in advance. When we got there, they didnt have us in their system. The young men working were very nice. However, the owner Crystal Wyatt was RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. My daughters 16th birthday was ruined because of her lack of training the staff how to appropriately make a reservation. Never once did she apologize. I will never go back!

One of my least favorite escape rooms. The person working was clearly not paying attention to what was going on the room and gave us clues assuming we were had already found a clue. It took a while for them to answer us on the walker talkie. We did another in Kissimmee a week later, they were way more attentive. Will not return here.

This place is not worth it all! $56 for 2 people to be locked in a tiny room with stupid clues?? I went with a friend, and it was just an hour of boring sodoku and random puzzles. Why is it called "labyrinth" if its only 1 room? Dont waste your time here.

Didnt really care for it. No organization to what we were doing. Clues were not really helpful, she girl wasnt paying attention to us. Another place we went to before had steps to follow. Guess this one wasnt my cup of tea.

We had a great time. One of the keys we needed was missing from the room. They had to cut the chain holding one of our group with bolt cutters. This being said we still had a great time.

Not worth the price, and the hours of operation are pathetic.. And for the fun of it also not really worth the price.

Unfortunately, I too had a not-so-good experience with them
