This place is a disgrace! It should face the wrecking ball. It was built in 1996; yet it is one of the worst handicap accessible place Ive ever seen. The Americans with Disabilities Act was passed in 1990; how on earth is this place in compliance? In order for a wheelchair patron to enter the main seating bowl, they have to find a staff member to operate the makeshift elevator to get to the main seating bowl. If theres no staff member there, they have to search for one. Did the city of New Britain sign off on this? I would stay away from this place if youre in a wheelchair and/or you have difficulty climbing stairs. Hopefully the the new ballpark in Hartford wont be as fouled up. Get the wrecking ball ready for this place!

Subpar promotions, subpar attendance, subpar marketing, and a front office that doesnt seem to care. That pretty much describes the Bees organization in a nutshell. Oh and their General Manager, Gerry Berthiaume, thinks Americas veterans are cowards. Dont waste your money on these clowns. I recommend the other local alternative options: Hartford Yard Goats, Connecticut Tigers, Bristol Blues, Mystic Schooners, and Danbury Westerners.

Couldnt have been worse. Needed security due to an unruly fan who was shouting profanities near kids. It took the team fifteen minutes to get assistance. By the time security showed up, the fan had fled the stadium because he believed police were on they way. Why wasnt there a police officer on site? Why did it take so long to get security?

Went to a doubleheader today. It was a nice crowd and everyone enjoyed the game. Its a nice stadium with a nice food selection. Its a great place for a good family night out without spending a lot of money.
