I highly suggest that you make an appointment here to taste what they have managed to bottle. I doubt that you will believe my words, but allow your palate to be your truthsayer. Not only will you be surprised and shocked by their wines that you so fortunately get to taste, but you will be glad and relieved that you took my advice because their wine is beyond wonderful and it will alter your perceptions of wine. The people of Palmaz make you feel welcome instantly and you can feel the family atmosphere that is cultivated and nourished at Palmaz. I always look forward to our visits (plural) and I am always somewhat saddened when I have to leave. This is a special family who utilizes their many talents to bring you wines that change how you view and perceive wine altogether. You will fall in love with this family and their wines.

This is one of the most unique wineries, with amazing wines. Our host was very knowledgeable, and provided us with a good deal of history surrounding the property. The science, and innovation behind this familys wine is cutting edge. I would recommend this tour to anyone seeking a personalized experience with a state of the art winery, and wines that stand out as amazing.

We arrived an hour early for our reservation and were happily greeted nevertheless, enjoying a beautiful tour and tasting with Jordan. The history of Palmaz and mixture of high-tech and traditional techniques used to create their wine are not to be missed.
