Bought Groupon same day earlier for a family fun outing. Cancelled after school plans for some of my children, my husband came home early from work and drove 1 hour to get there. We are a family of 6 and my friend did the same they are an additional 4. Apparently it was glow night and could not use groupon on glow night as it says in fine print. I asked to speak with a manager and explained my situation. I offered a non-glow area as an alternative or if they can honor the value of Groupon and we can pay the difference and he also said no. I asked if there was Anything he can do to help us and he said no. I would like a refund from Groupon for the 2 that I purchased. As much as I hate wasting money like I did that day, I hate wasting my time even more. This was a location specific Groupon and it did not mention when the glow night took place. This event took place on 3/17/17. As far as Im concerned it was false advertisement because it did not mention anywhere when glow night took place. Its so difficult for a family like mine to coordinate 1 night to do something together (4 teenagers!) and I was far beyond disappointed! And so were all 6 children that was with us!

Very expensive!! My family and I visited sky zone today. I have a two year daughter and a nine year old son. My fiance and I got tickets because we didnt want to allow the baby to jump alone. When we went out to bounce they told us we werent allowed to be in the same jump area with the baby. We were to jump with people of our own size. The reason we went there was for a family night. They expected us to leave our baby while we went to a separate area to jump. It cost 60.00. We brought socks but had to buy there socks. After explaining to the staff that if I had known I was not able to jump with my young child I would have never spent such money! The girl at the register was giving us a hard time. She begrudgingly gave us a return. I was so upset the baby was crying and my son couldnt jump because our night had been ruined. We werent refunded for the $10.00 socks we wore for one minute until being chased around by the staff because we were watching over our small child!! Horrible experience!!

Most likely my last time going there! No it will be. Freefall in nicer anyway! Had to wait in line twice. New ownership as of June and had to update. So waited in line and was informed after waiting almost 20 minutes was told we had to update our waivers and had to go to fill out waivers and wait in line again. Not a big deal. Had to wait in line again for about the same time. The second time in line I was lucky to get the general manager who was rude when I asked him about maybe putting up a sign state that waivers needed to be updated. I explained I waited in line twice for about 40 minutes and he could of cared less. He pointed out one sign that was turned almost completely backward. I would of mind if he but I dont think he really cared. Bad costumer service in the way it was handled. Lost my business. Nice night waiting in line twice it could of been handled better. Freefall for mow on maybe they have better customer relations.

I tend you government good reviews, so here it goes. I have it a 3 stars rating because they are very good for the kids to have fun and exercise. The variety on activities is amazing. So why did I give it a 3? Because they offer wifi for the parents as a "free gift for parents while they wait for their kids", but dont expect to use it, because the times that Ive been there neither my computer, my friends computer or none of our phones can connect. Not that we wanted to connect it all, but if you go to McDonalds you can. The excuse: "there might be too many people using it". Most people here are not even connected or are jumping. If the other excuse was even true ( it might be that only about 25 people can connect to the router), then why are staff connected? I thought it was supposed to be for parents waiting on their kids... dont advertise what you cant provide!

We went there on a Friday evening for a 4 year olds birthday party. When the hour of bouncing was up, there were a ton of teens and preteens waiting for "Glow" to start. They didnt even wait for the 20 or so 2-5 year olds to get safely into the party room before turning off the lights and starting the loud techno music, and let the crowd of "big kids" rush the bounce floor. I ended up frantically searching for my 4 year old to make sure she made it into the party room safely. There were one or two staff member that were extremely attentive to the little ones as they went through the obstacles, the remaining staff were talking amongst themselves and not really paying them any mind. Not overly impressed.

I was so misinformed by the staff. This was our first time there. The woman who checked us in, thought it was safe for my one and a half year old to be left unattended and jump by himself. She also told me that all my 4 year old could do was jump on the right side of the teampoline. After only having 7 minutes left, another employee told me that he could do whatever he wanted to and try the other activities. The plus side, it was very clean, and my son got some energy out. Other than that, I wouldnt recommend. I dont think its family friendly at all.

Brought my daughter and her friends for her birthday and they had a great time. Got a coupon on Groupon which helped! We thought it was open later then it was and only had about 45 minutes to jump but A young lady named Regan was so helpful!!!! She was awesome, she took care of everything for the girls and for them in so quick so they could have as much time to have fun as they could. We will be back for the Glow jump!!!

Insane prices! They charge extra for socks as well. The park is run by kids, who have no regard for the precious time they are wasting for their customers by arguing with trolls. There needs to be an adult dodgeball section 18+ not have kids being ignorant brats, who do not value the time and money being spent. The staff needs to be upgraded. These are high school kids who can really care less about anything.

Good clean fun. Everything is run well and there are plenty of workers to help monitor behavior. Sometimes at other places, a large concern is the big kids playing too rough near the little kids. Not here. The big kids can play in their own area, and have a great time, and the little kids can do the same in their own safe place! Lots of fun and I love the ninja warrior obstacle courses!

Some kids take over a game and no matter how long they took others didnt get a turn. One of the rules is no throwing balls at others neck or head after a minute of dogeball teenagers where throwing balls repeatedly at the head of younger kids while the team member did nothing about it. Not coming here again.
