Great place to conduct classes, with spacious rooms and a very good community around. Great location, close to Redmond downtown. But we were quite dismayed by the unprofessional and rude conduct of the Parks and Recreation employees that sit at the front desk. Not once, not twice but on multiple occasions. We booked a room for an hour and they come and remind us 5 minutes before our time is up. And then threaten us to leave at exactly the time we booked else wed get charged for an extra hour, despite no one else having booked the room after us! And the next time, we found a few pins used to attach things to the wall, lying on the floor everywhere! This could have hurt the dance class participants, but when we pointed this out to the employee, she just barely even apologized! What if someone had stepped on those pins and hurt themselves? I doubt these Parks and Recreation employees would have cared.

Serves local communities by hosting various activities that are family and kids oriented. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. Parking is great. Convenient access to public transit (Redmond Transit Center)

Rec league volleyball here is pretty fun unless youre playing against the tryhard team that classes themselves down so they can actually win a series.
