Great friendly and helpful staff. Large variety of state of the art exercise equipment, including weight machines, free weights, treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, bikes, mini track, gym and pool. Facility is very clean, neat and appealing. Never seems to be overcrowded. Variety of fitness classes, including a tap class for children, and a ballroom dance class for adults. There is an amazing swimming pool that any kid would enjoy. Lockers are small, but showers and locker rooms, including the sauna are nicely kept and cleaned. Offers individual, private showers as well as family cabanas. There are several programs for the care of children, but not familiar with specifics. They also have a security guard that actively monitors the parking lot at night. Great place for family or individual exercises.

Naturally Primal

This center was amazing. We have only ever had a positive experience with the staff and other members. The staff always goes out of their way to accommodate our family. Everything about the facility was clean and kept in perfect working condition. The monthly fee was affordable, but we have moved and decided the drive would be too far. We bought the things we need for a home gym but will miss the child watch the Kroc Center provides. Our kids loved to go and the staff was always nice and caring. My wife and I have passed the word and a few of our friends became members too.

I would give it five stars, because basically I love it - its clean, beautiful, awesome work out area, amazing pool ... except that I joined specifically to be able to take my toddler to the pool, and its closed for maintenance a lot without prior notice - so I drive 25 minutes to get there with an excited 2.5 year old and then cant do what I went there for. Its happened several times, and its really putting a damper on things. I would like them to have an actual schedule that can be followed.

The absolute best community center in Hampton Roads. The staff is caring, friendly and attentive. They all genuinely want your experience there to be that of family! The facility is clean and state of the art. My entire family loves going there and we so at minimum 4 days a week. I would encourage everyone to check it out! You will not be disappointed!

A very good facility for spending time in multiple cultural activities. Ranging from fitness to music to even spending time with friends, I give incredible props as a recreation center. Only problem is the area the center is in/near.

Its a great place to take kids for a day, or hang with the wife to worship and friends for a work out, very clean and considerate place. ..give it a go, at the least take the tour youll like it
