Very nice park, but the water splash pad is CLOSED on Wednesdays "for maintenance." I didnt see any maintenance going on, though, other than someone striping the fields with a chalk line machine. The restrooms were in good condition. The playground was in good condition. The water fountains need service. One is backed up, and the other is warm. People were washing articles of clothing in it. Yuck. They need a washing station (garden hose) somewhere for that! Or go to the bathrooms! My kid really enjoyed the plastic slides on the playground (versus metal, which gets way hotter, faster!), and the smooth grass (huge play yard/field. kids were riding bikes, running, and playing with toy water rockets and RC helicopters.) I felt the park was safe and attractive, with no one playing violent "music" (aka rap) and no shady people hanging around. Lots of fast food in the area such as World Burrito, McDonalds, etc.

Great fun for kids! Lots of sprayers and things to do. Playground right beside it where kids can go back and forth. Been pretty packed both times weve been there on summer weekends. Bathrooms are quite a walk away, difficult when one adult is supervising multiple kids. Parking lot is very close to spray park which I didnt like because it would be easy for a predator to snatch a kid and drive off without being noticed (bathrooms too if a kid went all the way up there alone). Should have a gate/fence or be father away from parking. My kids absolutely love the place, suggest you bring multiple adults to keep an eye on your kids.

Grew up here and played here all my life. The biggest firework show in north Texas happens here during the Allen USA celebration, too. The playground is perfect and HUGE for children to be playing for possibly hours. The whole park is huge in general really. It is very clear and bright everyday, so you can see the sunrise without houses in the way. There are plenty of soccer games during the weekends. Just a great place.

This is a great park, and its MASSIVE. Huge expanses of grassy fields to play in, with plenty of room for sports of all kinds. Theres a great network of playground equipment, color-coded by approximate age level. And in the summer, the little water section is tons of fun for kids. I wish it was shaded from the sun a bit better, but otherwise this park is fantastic.

If you want acres and acres of open space to play sports and a great huge place for the kids to play on the playground or even a place to have a warm weather birthday party at the "Splash pad", this is the place. There is plenty of parking usually and its well maintained. The only thing they could do better is have some more places to sit in the shade.

My daughter absolutely LOVES this park. There is a lot of green space and play areas. There is a small pond and plenty of trees as well. The play area is handicapped accessible and always all children too play. It also has a cute splash ground for the warm weather. Definitely worth the drive if you dont live in Allen.

We really like this park. It has a really nice play area for the kids. Stand up water area, which they really enjoy. Plenty of space to play, picnic or watch the numerous sporting practices going on. Clean bathrooms, trail, biking or walking area, covered area for special events, pond with ducks. This place is huge!

The playground is handicapped accessible which is great for us. The only downside is they spent thousands on a HUGE structure that is fully accessible but they put down wood chips which make it very difficult to push a wheelchair thru. But we still enjoy it and visit frequently.

Beautiful. And if you need a playground for a handicapped child like my brother this is one. Extremely well taken care of. One of the only places you can walk barefoot in the grass and its so soft and clean. Some special hybrid i heard.

Been touring around all the parks around Plano and Allen tx. When this park is not SUPER busy its a great park. I recommend visiting during the week. The weekends are just too crowded. Took my son here on a Tuesday and had a blast

I grew up with this park. Id rate it higher if I could. Great big fields for doing whatever you please. Ride bikes, fly RC planes, throw a frisbee. Practice soccer or baseball. Many events are held here, keep an eye out for them.

One of the best outdoor locations in the area. Dont listen to people whining about day care kids or how crowded it is. It can be, but its a public park... Crowded is good. Go, have fun! Its a favorite of our family.

Celebration Park is a very nice place to be with kids, especially during summer. There is water splash playground where kids can spend hot days. You jog?The outer loop is about 2.5 km. Play tennis? Then courts are here.

Great park whether playing on an organized team with ASA or just wanting to use the playground and water spot. Very large, not overcrowded. Good place to run or bring the family. Grass in excellent condition.

Great park! Running trails, splash pad, tennis, soccer, basketball, open fields .. this place has tons of recreational space. Can be crowded at times when there are tournaments but a very nice, well kept park!

Was ok. Little crazy busy. Slides on play ground made me a bit nervous on the open slides that had a bump in the middle. I thought my child was going to fly over the edge and crash into the ground.

Its a perfect place to spend time and have fun, with a group of people or by yourself. They have almost everything that a park should have, and fields are well taken care of, fun to play on.

Fun family park complete with soccer, baseball, and huge open Fields. Also have this and basketball. It also has a few ponds you can fish and just an overall great park to take the family.

Beautiful rainbow park with a bunch of benches. I loved the large pond but there was no shade. My children loved all the swings and ducks but the playground was the best part.

This park is great. The fields are well kept and have lights, its clean, it has a small water park for kids and enough parking. City of Allen does a great job with this park.

Great park, its huge, the grass is very clean and nice. Theres also the playground for the kids, splash park, and an enormous amount of space for other activities as well.

The playsets are huge and the kids had a fun time. They also have a splash pad that gets really crowded. The restrooms are a bit far away from the play area.

Great park. Big space and big plauground. Splash pad, picnic area, lake and many place for sport, soccer, baseball. Its very quiet, great for family.
