Do you like cold food, waiting in the lobby (because the open time is wrong), smelling dirty mop water, limited and overpriced menus then this is the place for you. I purchased a Groupon to give this place a try. When I looked up the reviews online it seemed like they were pretty mixed but I figured Id give it a shot. So my wife and I walk in 10 minutes early and wait in a lobby with some other folks who had been there since 5pm because their open time online was wrong. It takes them about 10 minutes after opening to get in the restaurant. Upon sitting down we were warned the floor had just been mopped which was fine however the smell of dirty mop being used on the floor is awful. If youve ever worked in food and your mop goes bad and you try to use it you know the smell. So after about 10 minutes the smell disappates and our server comes and takes our drink order. The drink selection was pretty good and the drinks tasted decent. While I was waiting for my drink I had a couple small bugs crawl over me (probably due to the old mop). I then look over the 6 choices (half of them being macaroni based) and get the buffalo chicken macaroni. So we then wait another 10 minutes to get our drinks and another 15 minutes to get our food. When we get our food all 6 of us have cold food. Not one plate was fresh despite them just opening which I thought was strange. Besides the food being cold it was pretty terrible considering it was a $10 dish. Ive had better macaroni out of the box. The waitress never asked if we wanted more drinks or refilled our waters. I ended up going to another restaurant after leaving to get a real meal. I would strongly advise not going to this place till they make so massive changes. Also good luck getting any info on them as their website doesnt work. If youre in the vista just go somewhere else for your dinner and drinks.

My boyfriend found a groupon on this place. Looking for a good time and good eats for a Friday night. The groupon was for $17 and the deal was your meal and drinks had to equal up to $35 and anything after that was additional. The ambiance was nice however, the waitresses need to go through etiquette waitress training. They carried drinks with their fingers holding the rim of the glasses and they lie to customers. We ordered on their very limited menu and wanted to get get a 1/2 lb. crab cake each. The waitress told us to wait 30 minutes. It wasnt until we ordered a few more things did I realize she wanted us to keep spending money to pay full price for the $16 crab/lobster cake because we had the groupon. When we asked her what the groupon included she said the whole menu. When the crab/lobster cake came out it was literally just that. There was some white sauce smeared on the plate and a the cake. No vegetables to pair it with. Ive been to some very expensive seafood restaurants and they will give you mashed potatoes with a vegetable or one side. Im not sure they are ready to be open right now. None of the silverware matched at all and they served drinks in glasses with chips on them. Dont buy the groupon the picture is false advertisement completely. They had a singer and she was really good. If this place could fix a few things with the live entertainment it could be a really good place to go, but until then Im staying away. The

The atmosphere was pleasant although we were the first group in the establishment and the second couple left. The bartender was excellent. He was very personable and attentive to the four groups in the establishment. The food was good, hot and enjoyable. We had to wait on the mac & cheese but the staff compensated us for that till it was ready. Overall we were please with the service, food and atmosphere. Also, it would have been nice to have had a greeter when we 1st came in but we didnt. The music was not the best but after a while it got better.

My husband and I were visiting from D.C. and decided to go clubbing last minute for my B-Day. Thanks to the radio advertisement we ended up at Empire and it was first class amazing! Everyone from Security ro the amazing Bar Tender! Being the only Latinos didnt phase us, we turnt up and the night went by so fast! 6 patrons and many mixed drinks later that was a Birthday to remember! The Bartender went above and beyond! I took a pic with her- lost it and forgot her name!

We had a private event there this past weekend and although the venue was awesome, we didnt get our food until 2 hours after being there and it was supposed to be ready by 7. Then the music was live and instead of a whole band, it was just one guy on the keyboard playing songs no one knew. So, overall it was bad. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Me and my husband visited this place last night and it was awful! It was around 11pm and the few people that were there was sketchy and the door guy wasnt enforcing any dress code at all regardless of the strictly enforcing dress code sign above his head. Will not go here again ever its a shame too cause I was expecting more than what I saw.

My friends & I attended last night & the show was really great. I do recommend having assigned waitress hire additional servers because it took our food an hour to come out. Also, the waitress took so long with bringing requested items back to the table such as drinks. I also will suggest adding more items to the food & wine to the menu.

Classy club. These people have a great concept that the Vista needs. The 20s theme is a classy change that is truly refreshing. A real dance atmosphere with a fun staff added to that atmosphere. The salsa night was a real pleasure. Some fantastic dancing young and old. Fun to dance yes but great fun watching too.

Youre a public nuisance. Always will be always has been. But now its official thanks to Columbia Police Department. Just like the clubs in 5 points when you create a cesspool for thugs they bring nothing but trouble. I hope you either move or get shutdown so we can have a safer community.

I had a wonderful time last night, I was kind of nervous from all the bad reviews ,but I dont see why all the bad reviews because, I really had a wonderful time. I came all the way from Augusta and I will definitely be back with friends ,and the staff was really nice

The atmosphere is great, loved the entertainment---worthy of five stars. Food on the other hand is absolutely horrible! Wings, buffalo Mac and artichoke dip all warm garbage!
