I have had many special events in the past at different venues, but none of them came close to the outstanding food and service I received from Wetherington Country Club. Ashley, the event coordinator stayed on top of all the bride and grooms wants and desires before and during the event, even supplying us with a suggestion list that we hired the DJ and Cake from that also turned out to do terrific jobs. We forgot a key item and Ashley sent a staff member to pick them up and fix what we had forgotten. Mike, the general manager was there throughout the entire wedding helping right along side his staff. Checking with the bride and groom several times to make sure their food was still hot, etc. We had the ceremony and reception at Wetherington and the terrific staff had it changed over from the wedding venue to the reception in less than 10 minutes. Re-decorating all the tables exactly as requested. We had chosen 6 different hors doeuvres some hot some cold that the guests raved about. The food came out hot, correct, and was delicious, our hats off to the Chef. The servers and bartenders couldnt have been more attentive. They all did a flawless job. We highly recommend using Wetherington Country Club for your next event. We will definitely be using them in the future. Grooms Mother

This was my first time at this country club and it was an enjoyable round of golf. I particularly liked hitting some balls on their range before the round started so I could dust off the cobwebs. The holes were a great collection of par 3s, 4s, and 5s. The friendly starter, Larry, made us aware of obstacle and rules that first timers would not know. Additionally, we saw him numerous times while on the course and every time he stopped by us to give us a tip or two about the hole. He was awesome. The greens were fast in nature and when putting you knew youd always get a true roll.

Wetherington is always a great place to dine or host an event. Great food, excellent service staff and first class ambience. The proshop is well stocked and expertly managed by Steve Nelson and his team. Outstanding liquor and wine selections. Just the best.

Private 18 hole course with a pro shop, two dining options, and outdoor pool for summer months. The club house is available for private events and hosts several banquets a year for Mothers Day, Easter, and Christmas.

As a guy that thinks golf is cool, this is a nice spot. I have family that works here and they like the place, but I think its a beautiful course. If I played, Id definitely play here.
