Friendly staff and patrons. I work out at 6am as soon as they open, they are so nice the open at 5am for me to get a longer, better workout. Its clean, safe i only wish they had more treadmills. Otherwise its very affordable and worth every penny. Its better than club fitness and most other 10.00 a mont clubs. I only miss the 24 hour access like other gyms. But well worth it. 5 stars.

The community center, the weight and cardio rooms are immaculately clean and very well taken care of. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and a lot of nice Overlandians come here to walk or work out. You cannot beat the price, the location, the amenities -- the outgoing, helpful staff are the icing on the cake :).

despite repeated requests to members of the staff, they have refused to bar me from the facility and against my wishes, i must continue to go there and work out 3 days a week. drat
