Its difficult to believe that the William Hill Estate Winery offered a "Save $36.00" rebate with the purchase of 12 bottles of wine and then, in very fine print, expect each of the 12 bottles to be "soaked in hot tap water ( approximately 130 degrees in liquid dishwashing soap for 5 - 10 minutes to remove each UPC code. Do you honestly believe that your customers are going to go through all that trouble or did you really think that once they read the fine print they would just give up! What an absolutely terrible promotion strategy. Who was the genius who came up with the idea?

I made reservations for 6 persons to visit this past Friday. Jamie took my reservations and greeted us when we arrived. What a great wine tasting experience! She not only made us feel very welcome, but also would bring the wine outside where we were enjoying the 75 degree January day while admiring the beautiful views from the winerys location. The wine was delicious, and Jamie made this trip to William Hill Estate an awesome experience.

They CUT ME OFF after only a few drinks. Its like theyre not in the business of serving wine or anything. Also, when in California they have this app where I can see what wines they have in stock. However, when I went to place an order they blocked me out and changed the price. To make matters worse, theyve been acquiring more wineries throughout CA.

in the middle of a father-daughter road trip across the western states, we both found a place we LOVED at william hill. we enjoyed the adirondack chair tasting option was a lot of fun with lovely views and even better wines...highly recommend. thanks to our server damien for an awesome experience! cheers!

Bought the cab and it has a lot of sulfates... I was suffering the next morning.... Too much sulfate causes headaches.... The wine tasted good but becauae of the sulfate contented wont be purchasing the wine in the future.

My wife and I enjoy the cabernet even after 15 years away from California. When we see William Hill Cab, we know we are going to relax that evening with our palates fulfilled! Glad to see Arkansas carries our favorite!

Stopped here on a wandering trip through Napa. This was a random stop based on a friends advice and we were not disappointed. The place is beautiful and the wine was very, very good. A def must visit!
