Frisbee golf course so beware of stray flyers. Tennis courts. Four softball fields and parking limited around them. Pond surrounded by many fishermen. It iris dirty though and plenty of duck poop around cement walk around the pond. Lots of cool and old looking trees. Leaves turning yellow already. Park is quite hilly. Bring your walking shoes. Porta potties and fountains around pond. Water fountains didnt work at permanent bathrooms.

My kids love this park, they have everything from handball & tennis courts duck pond, baseball/soccer fields, frisbee golf and even a water park equipped with lazy river slides (You have to pay to get into the water park but its around $8-$12 I believe). With multiple playgrounds and one of them is completely shaded, which is freaking awesome. You cant really ask for more. Highly recommend for family events.

Excellent park with a beautiful lake and tons to do. I was very impressed by the the little picnic areas that were converted into party stations. Such a fun and peaceful park. I had fun sitting near the lake which turned into napping by the lake. Very puppy friendly as well. MaryYourSoul(dot)com

This amazing, beautiful course is a part of Disc Golf history! PDGA championships have been played here, champions are made here on this course! Any given day and youll find yourself playing with some of the Legends of Southern California - one of my favorites!

Its beautiful and covers a large area. Its got a scenic pond with ducks and quails. There are tennis courts but they arent well maintained. I usually come here only to play tennis and I leave, so I cant comment much on the other aspects of the park :)

La Mirada Park is big and beautiful. Its use as a frisbee golf course, however, diminishes its utility as a park for strolling. You really have to keep a close eye on your surroundings while you walk.

Great park with double 18 hole disc golf course. However, be mindful of the disc golf as the park is one of the more popular disc golf courses in Southern California, which make it a busy place.
