I went there for St. Patricks Day, for the most part, yea, I saw it was fun and had an overall good time with my two friends. I didnt have anything to eat, had a few drinks, got my two friends some just to be kind. There was a woman behind the counter who kept tabs on people in a book or a clip board not very organized but well get to that point.. My friends left and I sat alone, once I was almost kissed by a girl, the second I was almost accosted by a male (not in the way you think), he kept putting his hand on my leg and almost tried to rape me in the mens room. At some point, my $500 pair of prescription glasses had fallen off of my head and onto the ground, it was dark, but the staff were kind enough to let me crawl around the floor on my hands and knees while they all watched and laughed at me. When it came to paying the bill, it was almost $90, my card was $10 or $20 short of that, so she held onto it and wouldnt give it back until it was paid in full the next day. She refused to show me an itemized list of anything that I had paid for that night. She carried herself in such a negative way, and after what had happened to me, I was terrified to push matters further. I think it was all a simple mistake of getting me confused with someone else, or had me pay for two bills at once, if the latter is the case, HAPPY SAINT PATTYS ON ME. Being in the next town over, not being able to see is terrifying trying to go back and pay my bill. My fiancee is so angry with me over everything, she wouldnt even let me sit down to eat anything after she paid my previous bill for me, saying something along the lines of not wanting to know what an $86 plate of fried mushrooms taste like. Were never going to return if she has anything to do about it. Using my girls account, hell with her.

Great place to get good hot & cooked to order food 24hrs a day. From steaks, grilled ham and cheese, GREAT Club sandwich, onion rings, salads, nachos, wings, appetizers like most places, ribs, vegetables, grilled burgers... so much better than having to go to Krystals or Taco Bell, more variety than Waffle House. Bartenders are so friendly and good about remembering your name and drink. Dont want to take a 1st date here. Gets loud with pool & dart games. Music in jukebox. Lots of rap played. NOT fancy or up-to date with decor. So either go to eat or get it to-go, late night place when everything else has closed or just sit at bar and talk to folks. Most time the Security guy takes up money but if youre just going in to get food theres no cover chg.

Very safe with an armed gaurd outside. Food is very good and the bar tender is super friendly and very insightful of the area! We just pulled in around 10 pm and they were all friendly! Great place to stop if your okay with the indoor smoking.

Not sure why this location comes up as the Love Shack. It was actually Newts bar and grill. I go there for the Royal sub sandwich. Great sandwich

They have gone down over the years but they still have one foot not in the grave. The steaks with potatoes on Wednesday are awesome for $5.
