For being an adult going to the SkyZone was quite comical. We were probably the oldest group there but there was no judgement. This SkyZone had a "free jump" area, a foam pit area with 4 trampolines, two basketball hoops, and a dodge ball area. There was another free jump area, but it was closed. (Assuming it was because it was a weekday and its not crazy busy). We had a party for a friend and had it catered there. We ordered 3 pizzas and a cake. The food was decent for being a party event place. I mean, it wasnt the Elios pizza that I got at the roller rink parties as a kid, but it was better! The girl who was assigned to us was friendly and waited on us even though she didnt have to. Recommended for kids for sure. Even adults... (age range from 25-30 was our group)

1 star (or less) for the staff that never SMILED. She explained to us to go to kiosk to fill out waiver. She couldnt wait for me to walk from kiosk back to counter with the ticket. She grabbed the ticket from my hand as I was taking it out of printer at kiosk as if she couldnt wait. I didnt even get a chance to look at it. Very Rude!! LESS THAN ONE STAR for their Prices... $23 to bounce on a trampoline for One hour? Outrageous!! This isnt even Dorney Park!!! Disney World Prices!!! Never going back!!! Hey Sky Zone... 1. Train your staff to understand the customer pays their wages and smile and 2. You need to stop price gouging. It will tank your business

I wish there was less than one star as a rating option. When you and your guests arrive, You are directed to a kiosk where you are required to enter personal information. Delays the time to get to enjoy the party by 15 min. or 25% of your trampoline time. Then, they take their time giving instructions to the kids. More lost time that youre paying for. Guests could not find the party after they arrived. Very disappointed. Not organized. We go to a lot of kids birthday parties and its clear that these folks have some lessons to learn. And the personal information is likely going to be used for their marketing efforts. Very sad.

Once the kids were jumping the party went smoothly. Perhaps the reason there were so many issues with electronic invitations and tracking parent waivers was because they were new. Staff was fantastic except for the girl who called herself a manager who looked like a kid herself and had a nasty look on her face. She needs to improve her customer service skills as she never apologized or took responsibility for all of the technology issues. Otherwise kids had a great time and staff were helpful and friendly.

Worst. Place. Ever. Confiscated my more comfortable freefall socks. Then they refused to return them. Even after I asked for them back. I didnt even get something in return. Will not return ever again. Dont go here. The skyzone socks feel cheaper and feel so much smaller. They need are conditioning and some freebreeze it reeked like armpit. It smelled like we were underneath Kobe Bryants left armpit the whole time. Dont go here. Skyzone if you return my socks I will take down my review. I am very sad now.

This place was terrible! We looked at their website and they said they where open till 9:00pm. We were like great. We get their at 7:15pm, we had a 40 min drive. We get there and they said they closed because nobody came . There were ten people there and nobody would let us have a good time. DONT GO THERE SEVICE IS CRAP!

I take my 3 yo to their toddler hour and he loves it. The girls that work there always stack blocks with him or hand out balls for him to play with. A good way to spend an hour in the morning, help him let loose before nap time
