The staff working in the front are rude!! They dont say greet you or say hi when you enter. I was ignored until they finished their childish conversation. I asked them a question and they answered it like they didnt care. I been there twice and both times ppl in the front had no social skills and just plain rude and not friendly.

I was denied access years ago to the pool by a woman who said that it was her job to protect the people that use the pool. I am a Caucasian woman. I went in w.a backpack because I have seizures and have to walk everywhere. I just wanted to swim! I still dont understand why this happened and have been hesitant to bring my son.

Very well-maintained, clean indoor swimming pool. A great place to be when the weather isnt so great outside. Its very warm in here. Brought the kids for the public swim and everyone is having a great time. The lifeguards are friendly and attentive. Only $3.00 per kid ($5.00 per adult) so a great deal too!

The facilities are what you would expect at a public center, but its a good cheap way to get active! Call the facility or go to the Reno recreation website to find out when scheduled classes are being held.

Why is this place so expensive? IT should be free to the public.its a (community center)this place costs more per month,per visit than the studio rentals across the street.

Easy to use. Clean. Good wifi (in the weight room). Not the best hours, but they have a great disabled veterans program that offers a free year membership.

Staff are helpful, fitness center and weight room are clean, modern equipment. If opened longer hours would work better with my schedule.

There is a small gym with separate cardio room. Machines are pretty well maintained and there is hardly ever a wait to use equipment.
