Never had a bad theatre experience at Theatre Jacksonville. The choice of productions has been truly great. The actors have been equally wonderful. It is a small theatre and of the three subscriptions we have for theatre in JAX, we feel Theatre Jacksonville is by far the best. Actors who perform are able to project, which is necessary in a small theatre, along with demonstrating great acting skills. If you want to experience great theatre, go to Theatre Jacksonville in San Marco.

Saw "Getting Sara Married" tonight. The acting was good and the story interesting. However, as a concerned Christian I frankly was offended by the repeated use of the Lords name in vain in the script. The play was laced with religious exclamations. I dont appreciate that. I felt that that really brought down the quality of the show. Stop using the Lords name in your show and Ill give you an extra two stars.

Seen many plays here. The perfect small local theater. All volunteers and kind and helpful as well as the acting talent being outstanding. A must do if their is a show going on.
