The night before while dinning at the Culinary Institute of Art, we chose a Charles Krug red wine that was delicious and we then decided to visit the winery the following day. The visit was perfect with blue sky, nice temperature (Labor day weekend). We bought a bottle of wine and sat outside in a shared table with a plate of cheese while we waited for our pizzas. It was an excellent experience as their tables on the lawn are perfect to enjoy a nice bottle of wine while you watch the children playing in the grass.

We traveled over 1200 miles to get back to Napa for our anniversay. We were in the tasting room early and had a phenomenal experience that we would suggest to everyone. You are mistaken if you drive by. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable about the winery, local history, and the wines themselves. Perfect wines, hard to choose what to purchase. Loved it, sad to expose this to everyone else, but only the right thing to do.

This was one out of our favorite wineries while visiting Napa for the first time. Lorne was our host for the tasting and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the wines. He definitely made the whole experience for us. Highly considering joining their wine club after the excellent time and wine we had on site. Thanks Lorne for your hospitality...if were ever in Napa again, we will be back!

Was greeted at the door by a very nice hostess that was very accommodating. It all went downhill from there. We where seated at a table and then where ignored by three different employees. Two walked right by our table. Waited 20 mins to hopefully start a 20$ a piece wine tasting. Never happened. Its too bad because I was looking forward to buying multiple bottles of wine. We ended up walking out.

Make a reservation, do the reserve tasting. You will not regret it. The grounds are beautiful, and the service is excellent! So much history in this building, and endless exceptional wine. This was by far our favorite experience in Napa.

Totally inconsiderate - stood there ignored for 10 minutes - asked are you being helped & when said no, being ignored continued - we left & wont be back....:-( if I could remove the 1 star, I would!!)

Every bottle of Charles Krug Reds that Ive ever gotten great. This is a great Winery and definitely they do have a good selection especially their Cabernet wine and Merlot wine
