Its apparent that the little bar encased by the vast empty restaurant is the main draw for income as the so called "Chefs " would probably be better suited for serving meals at a soup kitchen. The service was slow n waitress was ignorant n didnt know items on menu. I ordered the scallop dinner, it is by far the worst meal i have had in years. The scallops were burnt and rubbery, NOT seared n moist like they are supposed to be....the squash n zucchini mix was brown n mushy n not edible, the cole slaw was brown as well and appears to have come right out of a can....this is the WORST RESTAURANT i have been in in years and would Not recommend it to anyone!!!! You would fare better to go up the street to McDonalds to get better service n food.

There are good Restaurants and than there is a Great Restaurant like the Manor Restaurant and Lounge. The food is American/Greek styles of many different types. Very, very Good and made from fresh ingredients every day. You are able to have Your order made to Your liking. From appetizers to fine dishs, also have a great Wine selection and mixology of fine drinks and also have a great variety of domestic and import beers to everyones liking. The staff will really go out of their way to make sure You are pleased. Also its a great place to watch Your favorite team on multiple large screen TVs. The Manor Restaurant and Lounge is located in West Hanover Township on route 39, approx. 1/4 of a mile South from route 22.

My martinis were made exactly as I ordered, service was prompt and knowledgeable. Weve been in food service industry for 40 years and couldnt complain about a thing. The Cuban sandwich my sons friend ordered was better than weve had in an authentic Cuban restaurant in South Florida, my son had bacon wrapped scallops- a specialty of our own and he loved them. my salad was delicious and too large to finish which was fine as I was able to try the tiramisu for dessert and wasnt disappointed. My husband ate every bite of his fillet and crab Mornay, not something he usually does. Definitely a must try!

The Manor is located in an old stone house that has been turned into a restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and the restaurant is carved up into nooks and crannies that give some privacy while still allow you to observe the goings on about you. The food and service here has been excellent the two times we have visited. It is moderately priced and both seafood and beef dishes have been excellent. Recommended.

We stopped here for lunch after checking out of our hotel, shortly after they opened for the day. The menu had a variety of appealing options. I ordered the shrimp alfredo and my boyfriend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich - both were delicious! The pasta for my dish was homemade and the shrimp was very flavorful! The chicken on his sandwich was shredded chicken. Very good food! Would go back again!

Central PA is not exactly known for great cuisine but the Manor is fantastic. Chef/owner Pete makes nearly everything on the menu by hand. The cuts of meat are top notch. The pizza is the best around. Wings are outstanding. Prices are reasonable. And when you compare price and quality combined in this geographic area I think you would be hard pressed to beat the Manor.

The food gets 5 stars here but the atmosphere gets 3. I typically get the asian burger. It must be at least 8oz of beef, never burnt or dry. The atmosphere is very loud in the bar area because of the low ceilings and wood floor/walls. The dining room is much more manageable but my party always seems to pick the loud bar area that offers classic and tall tables.

Terrible .. Waitress had attitude , didnt know anything about food on menu.. Baked potato tiny , dried out n brown .. Squash n Zucchini brown ..scallops were rubbery .. Wont ever go back !! Funny thing went to casino n we were talking about how bad food was n ppl ask where place was . N few in elevator said same thing about the place !!!! How ironic !!!

Their main source of seasoning is salt. It was like having a gallon jug of salt with your Mac and cheese, your steak. The bread quality was poor. The one thing I can say was good was the cheesy potato skins. The waitress provider great service. Food was way too salty!!!

Was told by the desk agent at Holiday Inn Express the Manor Restaurant had the best food in the area. Thanks for that had an incredible dinner and Bill in the lounge was excellent. Next time we make the trip from Naples Florida to Ludlow Vermont well be back.

I only regret not finding Pavones sooner. I think they have the best food preparation....decent prices...a fun bar... Slamming Prime Rib and excellent wings Mad fun before a Bears game but quiet and elegant dining to bring your parents. Love this place!

Loved the draft beer selection ( still was able to find Nimble Giant!!) The drunken Irishman burger was nothing short of amazing! Tried Alligator for the first time. Wife and I were definitely impressed and will be back during hockey season!

Pete, has a great menu and specials. Tuesday night all you can eat seafood is my favorite. Smoked prime rib is my second, or a burger anytime. Staff is friendly.

Restaurant is very outdated and the food is greasy, I ended up eating a few bites and then eating at home. Awful food!
