I had a belated Birthday/Retirement party at The Kairos Room this past Saturday, August 27, 2016 it was fantastic and unbelievable. The Karros Room is a Great site for any special occasion, family function, or holiday dinner. It features are enormous and magical. The room was prepared for 175 people. The lighting was delightful, the dance and lounge area, the caterers, the photo booth and the DJ all were out of this world. We danced the night away, in this beautifully decorated spacious dance area. The dining room was set up so magnificently. The Kairos Room is literally a hidden treasure. Who knew such a beautiful place was back up on Scoots Lane. That night I felt like a queen for a day & night. It is a very classy and upscale place. The food was out of this world and the service was great. I loved everything. Thank you for my unforgettable night.

Although the establishment is very nice and elegant the customer service and staff is Horrible, Horrible Horrible. Staff is not very accommodating. They tries to tell people what they can and cant do at there own party and how they should do things. I would never ever host another event at this location and wouldnt recommended it to anyone.

Slow service, cold food , had to water down drinks, couldnt get spirits without ice... entry at 645.. No food til 9pm , not even the bread .... no butter for the rolls , just average service.. not very accommodating ..ughhhh
