Amazing for running. If you want to bike fast in good weather, make sure to go early or after dark (crowded otherwise). Worth noting for people looking for running/biking routes: you can cross over to the trail on the west side near spring garden, and again on falls bridge.

Enjoying this riverside park is one of my favorite things to do in Philadelphia. You can pick-nick, jog, bike, watch regattas, lounge in a hammock, find free events like techno parties and yoga, dip your feet in the rock garden and so much more. <3

A fantastic river trail to stroll, run, bike, or skate. Great views of water as you head north. Recently voted one of the best urban parks in the country. The extension to South St makes it even easier to get to.

Oh loved the kayaking excursion that they run here in the warm weather months. Its safe and great fun. Paddle up to the Art Museum, staying away from the falls, and then paddle back. All with a well,trained guide.

This is a great trail to run, walk or ride on. It goes quite a ways and you can get a good workout on it. It runs along the river and there is good scenery all around it.

Good place for a run, walking the dog, playing with the kids. Watch the ramps when the grade level crossing is closed, lots of bikes going too fast despite posted signage.

Check out the kayaking tours. The night tour is especially beautiful, with the city lights reflecting off the water. Just plan on getting wet.

I am a skateboarder so when i found the skate park. I was happy. They have a bar along the river. Bike is nice and wide.
