My company had their holiday party here. We rented the 3rd floor for the night. The synthetic lanes are well built, and preferred to regular wood lanes. The oil pattern is very heavy. Standard for non-league bowlers. I was able to compensate anyway (I was the only serious bowler at the party). Nice pool tables. Fast, reactive felt. Red in color, which Im not a fan of, but its a party place, not a pool league. I was a special case that night. I brought my own ball, a $250 Storm Sync that wasnt 3 months old. A random fluke in the machinery dropped a piece of metal onto the ball return in the back of the lane. OF COURSE, my ball was the one to get caught in it, and it spent a few minutes bouncing against that steel, and absolutely destroyed the ball. It looked like someone took a hammer and a grudge to it. I brought it up to management and they promised to take care of it. I was very skeptical, because typically, companies couldnt care less about their customers. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the damage. A few weeks and a few emails later, I actually got a check to compensate for a new ball. Balk as I might on the general price of a game (up to $10 per person per game I heard!) Lucky Strike accepted responsibility and followed through with their promise to replace my ball.

Went here with some friends over the weekend (Saturday). Was there from 11am-5pm and the service was so slow and horrible the whole time and it wasnt even overly busy. The waiter was apparently flirting with someone else the whole time which I believe probably didnt help how slow things were. Otherwise older individuals seemed to have some better service. Since my friends and I are younger 20s perhaps they stereotyped us. But It took 40 mins after asking if we could order food to even be able to order. Another half hour or so wait for the food. They placed the food down without stating which was what, so we had to wait until everyones food arrived to distinguish whos meal was even what. Well at least it tasted good. And after we were done eating, it took over a half hour to even get the check/pay! We stuck around to play pool after that but I dont think wed ever go back again. Maybe themed nights or the nights there in general are more fun or better, but not the best impression or experience overall.

I planned a work party here in January. Once we paid for the event, I never heard from the event planner, Vicky again. She never checked in before the party, nor did she check in after the party to see if we were satisfied. When we went to the event, I asked if she was there and the response I received from the staff was that she worked "bankers hours". When I contacted her after the party she ignored numerous e-mails from me. I have been trying to speak with her supervisor, Marie now for weeks and we have been playing phone tag. I have asked that I be contacted by e-mail and the supervisor refuses. This is more than 2 months after the event and nothing has been resolved. We were not provided with enough food, food was delivered and then taken away, our lanes were turned off without any warning while someone was mid-bowl and the service during the event was not good. I would never book an event here again and I would caution anyone considering booking an event here.

I went here on Thursday night for their advertised happy hour, right at 5. It was pretty empty. My friend and me sat down on a couch and waited for someone to come to us. No one did. So then we went to the bar and we were told that it was all private parties on the 2nd floor and we should go up to the 3rd floor. There were no signs or anything to indicate this. You were just supposed to know. So we went upstairs. Same thing. Pretty empty. Lots of room. Sat down. No one came. So we went to the bar and the bartender said shed send a server over. Then the server came and said the 3rd floor was all private parties and we should go to the second. It was like a Groucho Marx movie. The waittress said she would see what was up and then come back to us. She didnt. So we went to the bar, asked the bartender to make us a shot she liked. She did. We had that and left. Fail.

Honestly, Im currently planning an event and they were my number 1 location but after the service I received I have chosen to go else where. The women, Hope, that I spoke with on the phone was just so rude ( she even hung up on me, then had her boss call me back [ feigning a disconnection on the phone] and she was also rude and continued to talk over me.) The lady Vicky ( event planner) did not provide me with all of the information that I needed and she is never in her office. I called to asked for basic pricing for a lane and no one was able to tell me that. The staff dont even know the basic rates for a regular night of bowling, not a party. It was actually very disheartening, because I really wanted to have a nice ladies night out here for a night. But Im going to go with North Bowl instead! They really need to improve their customer service.

DONT GO!!!! WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!! DONT GO!!!! WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!! I went to Lucky Strike tonight. It was the worst place I have ever been. I was there at 7:55pm the receptionist said the wait time is 2hr and I said its fine. My friend asked again around 9pm the wait time was an 1 hr and my friend confirmed my name and my phone number. Around 10:05pm my friend asked again, the short receptionist said I will be getting a lane by 10:30pm. Its 11:35pm and I still have not gotten any phone call. What good is it if they make people waiting for 3hr and 30 min to wait for a couple of bowling games? Not sure in weekdays, but on weekend, its worthless WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!!

This place is visually appealing, nice lighting, couches, and easily the best looking bowling alley. The bowling however never has any specials and is always highly over priced. Shooting pool as well is a little pricey. I think I paid 12$ for an hour of shooting pool. Mixed drinks are also up there. The bartenders are okay, if you go in there and hardly see anyone it will be because of the outrageous prices. Id give this 2 stars but Im lowering to 1 because the head manager is a horrible human being that treats his staff very badly, this I highly dislike.

This place is less upscale then it used to be and isnt as upscale as it tries to act, for example they have employees with green hair and facial piercings. Nice place to play pool. However the music is awful. Whoever selects the playlist has the worst taste. Prices for soda and food are high. $3 for a coke in a small glass that taste like .35 cent bar soda. The food menu is good but the place is way too loud to enjoy eating. There is no separation between bowling, pool, or dining tables. Just one big room.
